We are not going full Puella Magi. Never go full Puella Magi. It doesn't end well for anybody. Not even the evil bunny-cat. At least Zelretch does it for laughs.
I was actually planing omake, where Hisana's shadow clone uses Yoroi's chakra draining jutsu to extend her existence and train her chakra control and ends-up ascending (because better control comes with better understand of chakra and allows her to modify FH seal in way increase strength of stored chakra to bijuu-level), which turns Hisana into avatar (of her own deified shadow clone)

But that's certainly an idea, isn't it. Potentially ever-lasting shadow clones, because if they start to run out they can just 'eat' some more(although they might need chakra donors). And potentially make their own shadow clones that can also sustain their own existence.

They probably wouldn't be very durable, but for things like researching, just leave twenty or so weak clones to think about the meaning of life and *poof* get back from a mission and they've finished creating seals that make life out of nothing.

Edit: Although i'm probably misunderstanding how shadow clones work.

We should make a shadowclone out of Natural Energy (or as much as we can) and have it steal some bijuu chakra, then seal it inside of ourself.
As far as I know, fussion of chakra of 9 bijuus is very dense natural energy, so shadow clone made from natural energy don't need bijuu chakra.

Didn´t that kind of thing killed all the ones who tried except for the twins?
Hisana is heir of Kaguya and Hagoromo, she should have required traits to survive that.

I like the ones where orange is anti-stealth, and Naruto has to wear it to remain visible.

Well a Soul Gem can sit still in one place and gather nature chakra, and it wouldn't be bothered by turning to stone.

If a shadow clone was made entirely out of nature chakra and then altered slightly so that it doesn't disperse, but instead loses chakra wherever it's injured, it would essentially become a living being made out of the same stuff as a bijuu. If they're then pumped full of as much natural energy as possible and given the means to passively gather nature chakra, it could become as strong as a normal bijuu with the same amount of chakra and a similar durability. Only thing that would be missing is the ability to respawn after death, but if we (somehow) programmed it's chakra to re-solidify after dispersing into the environment, it could perhaps reform like the bijuu do - Only thing i'm leery of is whether their consciousness would remain intact after that process.

Have you heard the saying "Do not swallow an energy field bigger than your head?"
This definitely qualifies.

She does NOT. She is vanilla Uchiha; nothing more.
The only people who survived what you're suggesting literally survived being swallowed by Kurama.

Memories would probably survive, but their priority order might get fucked up, consciousness would be altered.

...seal it into ourself, get Timelord Regeneration.

1. Uchiha are heirs of Indra, who was heir of Hagoromo, who was heir of Kaguya.
2. Hisana already have experince with absorbing Naruto's chakra tainted with trace amount of Kyubi's.
3. With preparation anyone can absorb Kyubi's chakra, so she can do it as well, she just need to prepare.
4. Her current chakra control is at 150, assimilation of her true self (like Naruto did at Waterfall of Truth) should bring it to 300, so it's only 5/10 point away from Perfect control, then she would be able to crush Kyubi at contest of willpower (like Sasuke after his training with Orochimaru).
Essentially Hisana is 1-2 steps away from weilding Kyubi's power as her own. And Naruto's example confirm, that it can bring-out traces of ancestor's chakra to surface giving her mangekyo powers and complimenting Kyubi's Yang. That would bring her to Madara's level.
She can start after this attack on Konoha, finish before Akatsuki's visit and earn herself Hokage title (by defeating 2 S-rank criminals at the same time). That would be totally unexpected.

...This is quite overoptimistic. It requires more than just raw power to be a Kage or someone on Madara's level. Wisdom and experience on how to use that power effectively are also key things.

You are missing few points:
1. plotwise, she is facing Kage-level battle (Hokage vs ???) and have 3-tomoe sharingan to learn from it.
2. plotwise, Itachi is creadited with anihilationof Uchiha clan (who had the best tools and most experience and knowledge to counter him)
3. plotwise, Konoha would be significantly weakened after this battle, so a couple of S-rank criminals like Itachi and Kisame would be clear treat of total anihilation
4. plotwise, she would have as much support from Konoha's jinchuriki as Minato got from Kushina
5. in terms of reputation, she is recognized as head of founding clan, who have proven some skill in management, proven her power, saved Konoha from total anihilation and with total support of all elders (hoping to easily influence her) - she would be in position to claim such title (much like Gaara).

1. Uchiha are descendants of Indra, not heirs.
2. Handling human chakra with trace amounts of biiju chakra is an entirely different ballgame from juicing on straight Kyuubi-stuff.
3. We have no proof in either direction on this.
4. This is a fascinating bit of math you provide no basis for.

This is yet another fascinating assumption with no basis, which is actually countered by the fact that Madara kicked everyone's ass until Naruto and Sasuke's special eyes chakra was... awakened, or whatever.
Even when Naruto was working with a fully unleashed and cooperative Kyuubi.

1. Plot-wise, that's irrelevant.
2. Plot-wise, that's a fucking lie in addition to being irrelevant.
3. Plot-wise, that's irrelevant.
4. Plot-wise, that's irrelevant because Naruto is a politically impotent genin. Also, that applies to better candidates than Hisana, too - such as Kakashi.
5. In order, sort of (she would be seen as a regent, not the clan's head), sort of ("didn't mismanage a clan of two" is not a ringing endorsement), sort of (she's proven that she's powerful, but she hasn't proven that she's more powerful than other experienced and well-proven jounin such as Kakashi [y'know, the canon 6th Hokage] or Gai, and Konoha still has options beyond the Jounin currently in the village [e.g. Tsunade]), wrong (we haven't saved the village, and even if the shindig with Gaara is less Naruto-centric than canon it will still almost definitely be a team win, not something Hisana can use to toot her horn as a solo act), baseless assumption ("I ordered the Uchiha clan slaughtered, but this one that got missed is strong, so I'll back her for Hokage" - your idea of Danzo's thought process, apparently), Gaara is a jinchuuriki who controls sand and became Kazekage because Suna is in a desert. A sandy desert.
Made of SAND.
Which Gaara can control.
In case you didn't realize, the Village Hidden in the Sand and is surrounded by sand making the guy with the ability to control lots and lots of sand their military leader has a bit more basis than bumping a genin who is very good with a sword straight up to the equivalent post for Konoha (which is not surrounded by sand or swords). Especially when there are stronger jounin with longer track records to show they're reliable (or they're, y'know, Tsunade).

This is, of course, ignoring that we really don't want to be getting into positions that take time away from getting good until we're currently ready to trade blows

A couple points here to counter that.

1. She's inexperienced at leading, she can lead a team but Hokage's have to lead an entire city state as well as have the moral fortitude to send people, possibly her friends, on potentially suicidal missions.

2. She becomes very restricted. Hokage, unless it is a time of war or great need, don't leave the village for anything except for social matters like Chunin exams, meeting their Daimyo etc. We become Hokage, we lose out on any chance of exploring outside the village to gain allies/boosts in power.

3. Danzo very much so likely has a hate boner out for us, so if we were to become Hokage we'd always be a threat to him and vice versa. And while his Root are weaksauce in actions there's still a shit load of them and them going after our friends and family to get to us is a real thing, especially if we now have the political clout to challenge him.

So I say no, no Hokage right now, we can shoot for it later, maybe, if we want to light a fire under Naruto's ass, but right now we're better off becoming a Kage-level nin and working below an actual Kage.
