Inserted tally, but I think you meant Ayotzl?

Wait, Pactli? I thought Ayotzl was in the lead.

… Actually, I'd intended to vote for Ayotzl but forgot to do so, so I suppose that's one vote for him if he's still in the running.
...Names may have slipped somewhat in my mind after I crammed 30+ novella-length fanfics into my brain, apologies. Mist Croc vs SkeleBuilder is what my brain shorthand for them has devolved into.

Anyway, to the god issue. Pactli technically won the vote at a 39-38 margin versus ... Construction God Guy. However, that's not including Nix's Warden's vote, which ordinarily I wouldn't be making a point about including if he weren't here to vote, but seeing as how Calquetzqui is basically the idea that he's been pushing for ever since the death god topic came up in the thread however many turns ago, I'm electing in this instance to act as if he had voted thusly. This leaves us with a tie. @CuttleFish2.0 noted this previously (as an aside, sorry I never replied to your PM on the subject, I've had a half-written sentence in there for weeks but ...*gestures aimlessly*), as may have other people.

So, I suppose a tiebreaker is in order, if y'all are up for that? I'd lay out the features of each god in the vote choice post to make sure everyone knew what they were voting for.

Oh as an aside, go check out CuttleFish's lizardmen quest From The Hidden City if you weren't aware it was a thing - it's of pretty much equal quality as this quest but it's actually set in WHFB. And probably has a way better update speed :V
I mean like I said in the PM, there wasn't really a need for you to respond. I was just noticing some funky stuff with the vote and remembering other stuff and wanted to bring it up without like dragging down the thread if it turned out to be nothing. Also wow, thanks for the endorsement on the quest!

Honestly I'm not sure another round of voting is best? I don't know. I think probably leaving the vote as it stands is best; and just declaring Ayotzl the winner.

I'm definitely okay with going with Ayotzl if the thread don't wanna go through another round of voting, especially since it was a pretty close thing anyway and there shouldn't be too many rounds of voting before some action anyway. Just wanted to check the general opinion of the thread.

Also wow, thanks for the endorsement on the quest!
Hey, out of the 4 total Lizardmen quests on this forum, including yours, I've run 1.5, so I reckon I'm a decent judge on what makes a good one. And you've got bees! That's always a plus!

Seriously fuck Major Depressive Disorder. Hope you're feeling better.
This has been an ongoing thing for a long while, so I'm mostly used to it. Really should get around to actually getting some form of treatment rather than just relying on frequent exercise to generate enough serotonin to normalize myself, though.

As a thing... I had to look up what "Tessellate" means and unfortunately the definition... kinda uses the word in itself. That said, I think I get it, but would add Simon that since we aren't planning on only making flat panels but also more than likely domes, spheres and other shapes, we can expand from the completely regular shapes that can be used on a perfectly flat surface. Also, we might be able to use irregular shapes because the math works.
Yeah, but this is talking about what it's feasible to draw, not some kind of abstract engineering thing. It's an aesthetic argument.

Technically Calquetzqui is not a skeleton but aside from that yes. :)

Yes. Yes you should.

Abraham Lincoln managed without meaningful treatment, but that doesn't mean you have to. Also Abraham Lincoln was stupidly miserable the entire time.

What do the respective gods even offer again? I don't remember. Also Hi.

Thanks @Xantalos

Edit: never mind I got it.

I think at this point a re-vote between the top contenders might be the best way to prevent hurt feelings.

Vote is still on-going I believe.
Soooorta - I initially called the vote with the impression that Ayotzl had won, then realized the Architect had a technically-equal number of votes, and then the Big Sad hit and I didn't really do anything about it for a month. I'm just judging general thread opinion at the moment - should the general mood trend towards wanting to continue the vote I'll hold a tiebreaker vote thing between the two of them. If the majority want to just get on with it I'll do that.
