You can see she's moderating the call, and Moon-over-Crown gestures for her to encrypt it. She doesn't react. Moon-over-Crown drops his grin and signs, taking out a syringe and then injecting something—No. No! —into the port that finds its way to the girl. She then moves like a robot, encrypting the connection and making it impossible to trace.

Are we really going to use a 10T candidate on future sight? While that would make for an extremely useful metahuman, we should probably get another heavy HITter and leave the super mega ultra farseer for our 3° 10T.

2.We can turn John into one. Not as Bullshit as P13 Teleporter but good enough for our needs.
3.Wade Family should be good this since QM noted that was a bullshit combo.
4. We have no Idea for this unfortuantely so need more DNA.
5.Chatroom buffed with Potency. THat Potency 13 Plan Know it all might allow for wor;d range Telepathic Coms thought.
I think all this focus on high tolerance candidates will be to our detriment. I think what's most important to a candidate is what's inside.
Justice Unlimited only had like 2 High Potency people (Towarri was only recruited after Rosemary's death) and yet they were the best superhero team of all time. I mean look at our main character Lady Leizi. She has Espionage 8 without powers and it's thanks to her that we have the best infosec of all time so please don't diss people having a high skill just because they have low Potency.
Another thing is that delaying making heroes just to get more Potential out of them means 1 less hero in the running at a time. As stated by Bitterman High Potency candidates are extremely rare. Soon we will fix our Goldnine and Income supply and I believe that perfect is the enemy of good.

…Hand is willing to sic the entire American Government on us, and if they woke up the Leviathan once (This is speculation), they can do it again. We cannot punch through another Leviathan.
