I suspect that this would be a case of "her baseline durability/strength makes 'Juggernaut shenanigans' irrelevant", but the "the planet is moving" is committing the "there are privileged reference frames" error. If, for purposes of her powers, there is one, I suspect it would be "centered on her", not any other reference frame.

🎉 Yes, @FaerieKnight79 nailed it! Cyttorak wants their Avatar to aggressively represent what they stand for. And as long as Taylornaut is proving that a Blenderpup cannot impede her Patron's will by doing absolutely nothing, it will be allowed. (But if she even flinches, all bets are off.)
All things being equal? Hookwolf's metal bits bend or break on her fingers. Juggernaut's physical stats are in the can fist fight with, and maybe win against, the likes of Superman, Thor, Hulk, or Ikaris range.

And that's not even considering the force field, the hooks either just slide against that doing nothing or are stopped like the bullets, which leads to a shockwave like image as all of hooky's blade stop starting with those hitting Taylornaught.
Considering this fic is built around shenanigan's, it would be more fitting for Taylor to drive her hand in there and all of Hookwolf's swirling metal bits all grind to a screeching halt. Leading to him having a "oh shit!" moment. Then POW, ZOOM, straight to the moon!

Dunno, get DOOMed Taylor angry enough and she can do quite a good Hulk impersonation... She Hulk played for laughs with 4th-wall breaking, entertaining, but more generally she tended to be (treated as) supporting cast. I did like using her Lawyer side.
Juggernaut Taylor is good, as a PoV character, but lacking the original Xavier's foster brother bit, or the X-Men as a foil, means both freedom and hard work for the author.
Who is the Doc Strange equivalent in 'Worm', if anyone - do you need to look to that chap in Chicago??? Maybe there's someone who does Weird Myths at BB University? You can guarantee Taylor's sponsor has enemies... Probably a Loki type? Finding they've quietly empowered Lisa might be messy... Probably a bit too 'simple' for this author, though.

I had passing thoughts about a fic about Worm people randomly getting the powers and memories of Marvel characters.
I never could decide if Dean should get Iron Man's brains and playboy personality or Thor's hammer and speech patterns. I only knew the Wards would all be getting some Avengers powerset.

Some of the more obscure Avengers might be worth considering... Ant Man (Lang not Pym version) for example. Would Vista get the Wasp? Scarlet Witch? Would anyone get Vision? Ignore the gender when assigning?
Big problem with Ward-Avengers is power levels - Vista is the only one with Avenger-rank powers. Also, use MCU or comics Avengers?
Taylor-Juggernaut is definitely Avenger-rank power. She could practically take them on, on her own. As a throw-away thought, Thor might be able to dump her in another dimension... Stark would likely have to break-out some really fancy gadget...
A passing thought - trying to stop Taylor, maybe change her direction, much, futile. What if someone flies-up behind her, accelerates her, so she ends-up a good ways out in the Atlantic?
(I'm not convinced she has neutral buoyancy, so swimming issues, but, don't think she'd drown. Navigation issues, so can walk back, on the sea-bed, to BB?)
