Magical Girl Quest - The Fire That Burns

Or you could try to not salt the wound..? I didn't vote at the time because I wasn't completely convinced by the leading plan.

But that thing? Glass cannon? It was taken into account. The plan creator just assumed Cerys wouldn't be dumb enough to use herself as bait.

Oooh! Salt? I thought I was using lemon juice to get that nice sting! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Ah excuse the flat joke couldn't help myself, anyway...

Oh yeah I checked his later post for clarification but really going by how Cerys does things unless you guys specifically write it in I noticed she has a tendency to go for close quarters combat. Still no matter guys, shit happens! She's still alive! So no worry's!

You can only cast one spell per turn rn, so you have two melee actions leftover.
This is why you melee a lot.

Still been sometime since a QM sunk my enjoyment in a quest this fast. This was almost on par with Crystalwatcher's hole in the ground that can catch flying characters.

Ok guys, can we stop with the salt.
At this point, you aren't saying anything constructive, just venting your frustration in the thread.
Please, it does not motivate me to write more when I now have over six pages of people telling me that I am a terrible writer.

Hmm intriguing! Oh well just to pour more fire into this burning fire storm I'm looking forward to your little sister's reaction!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Hrm...

I love your quest, it scratches that itch that crystalwatcher's quest gave me, since his updates so rarely.

There, honest compliment from a lurker. Helps?

Are you ok?
You seem a little... Luna Lovegood

I'd mostly say that the ghosts were fucking overpowered. As in hilariously overpowered.

Seriously, rank 1 attack that inflicts 450 damage and has 3 attacks per turn? Chance to instakill? Immunity to damage?

These ghosts are fucking army killers.

70% chance he's trolling, 30% chance his meds are off.

Pay the capering jester no mind, Citizen! Go About Your Business!

Many of you are getting pretty mad for no real gain. We made a plan with several assumptions in mind, and those turned out to be incorrect. I only skimmed the thread, but the only constructive criticism I noted was that when the plan started going wrong - to the point where one or more of our underlying assumptions was demonstrated false, or new information came to light that changed things, the opportunity to stop and reevaluate would have been nice. Honestly, I don't even think this was a bad update.

OH! I just remembered why I had feeling of déjà vu while reading the update...

The Shades are the fuckers from Dark Souls 1. Now I wish we had investigated the town quickly before making the battle plan.

Oh well. Moving on. :p

nothing will change. everyone will still be dissapointed. the only thing this has accomplished is make the playerbase more paranoid. this will probably happen again, and there is no way to fix it.
