Well, I'm guessing "What is the name and cape designation of the one who held your chains?" would be a contentious but necessary question. Maybe "why were you ordered to attack" as well.

Anyways.

I'd love to ask Simurgh if her Ziz bombs could be disarmed by her or some other means that won't cause inadvertent harm. But there's not enough trust between parties to trust the answers.

Hm... maybe asking her where powers come from and whether or not they are the same source as Endbringers?

Maybe ask her where the next Endbringer attack will be?

In this canon? Why would they? They don't understand the magi-tech bullshit, and this whole 'chat with a mini-bringer-in-a-box' was not what anyone in-story expected from this.

I can't think of anything else extremely pressing to ask that Taylor would reasonably know to ask about, and I dislike meta-gaming.
But Ziz mentioned being controlled prior to this, so it'd be reasonable to ask that.

Danny is simply removed from the quest, as his character sheet was removed from the cast page.
And above me stated, Scion is also dead, so why would Taylor have any reason to ask about him?

Refining my question list into a full set of 3 discrete questions. Also, I'd like to call out that from a Narrative standpoint, this is a way to ask for plot hooks for what to do next to help the world.

[X]How do we disarm or mitigate the damage from your most dangerous bombs?
[X]Who was controlling you?
[X]What would you recommend we do to destroy an Endbringer's core?
 
Given this is basically asking an Oracle, wonder how much we could trust the answer to a question like 'what would be the most useful question for us to ask you according to our own value judgement'?

The problem we've been facing is finding people with any reason to be loyal to us and/or the Protectorate to scan. Getting people freedom from the quarantine would give them one heck of a reason to be grateful.

Thus why I mentioned the precogs who can see how dangerous a given person is to be Ziz influenced. Being able to give them powers would narrow down the people being examined to a reasonable level, and as Alexandria said, they're more willing to go out of their way for a hero, even if that hero is one in potentia.
