It depends on what else is going on in the Sector next turn and if we can bring in people on the same turn we launch the attack. I really think we should bring in the Angels Crusader on this. They've got quite the grudge against the Eyes of the Mutator after all.
The action results come after the campaign so I think we should use all of Severus' action ether getting recruits from other worlds or getting allies to help with Yerma

Yeah what's up with that ? Why are they acting like this ? Did we offend them somehow ?

I mean it depends on what kinds of Chapters those folks were from, but for the most part i'd assume it's a mix of distrust of Raven Guard and their successors, general caution over new Chapters, dislike of our...modifications to the Codex Astartes (Mostly from the Ultramarine successors) and just a dislike over our methodology of Warfare in general

Why on earth do people keep wanting to in get recruits from other worlds? Even if we found a world willing to give us some number of potential Marines (not guaranteed), not only would they be lower quality than Luctus' recruits but they'd barely be better than Nowaljiki by the time we set out. And Imperial authorities tend to look at such recruitment with a highly critical eye.

I do must say fuck ayano for pulling the Conclave against here she makes it more and more clear to be a enemy and why we need to Clint to harker

Its to both not put a strain on our Homeworlds population as well as build up our chapter faster the last time we go recruit from another world when they became Nowiljiki we were able to found the 9th company, currently however if we want good quality marines then we need to recruit from Death, Ferel, and Feudal worlds. so far the worlds that we know of that fit that discription are Briacam, Orellena, and Acronix. we cant go to Briacam for recruits again until turn 16, we would need to talk to the Lord sector to get recruits from Orellena, and Acronix is a Imperial Guard recruitment world so we cant get a permanent tithe but we may be able to get a single group of about 100 recruits

@ThunderOwl Shouldn't we have a +5 bonus to Neophyte ascension? Also we should receive more veterans from the first batch of Luctus Marines unless they're all dead.

Will the Orbital Ring be completed in the next update?

The bonus for the Omake was for neophyte inductment, same as the one for getting more refuges active. Veterans obtained every two turns. Orbital ring will be completed at the end of turn 11.

As far as Luctus is concerned I feel like between the increased skill of the PDF and our ability to send our Marines out to help with any on planet problems Luctus is not facing any significant troubles because of a lack of manpower or population. In fact I would argue that the planet is now better defended now than it has been in mortal memory. This turn aside recruitment/implantation has been good, we just have to pretend that we're capable of patience.

That plus our marines are still pretty fucking young at roughly 50 years of experience, by marines standards we are basically sending children into the Deathwatch.

Not Children, since they are 50+-year veterans.

Guardsman Equivalents, where others in the Deathwatch are Stormtrooper Equivalents. In other words, our people are perfectly serviceable and can be trusted to pull their weight, but it's going to be a bit longer before Mist Shrikes are tasked with stuff like actually commanding missions or the really sensitive stuff.

Have a another culture idea hope for some feedback

[] Stone Gardens: like with the personal custom nature of the armor. The battle brothers in there free time work to express and destress. By making stone Carvings reliefs and statues in great Galleries ceilings and Halls. These works of art range from a vast variety macabre of choice chief amongst them. Gargoyles gotic skulls Imperial Aquilas Shroudwolfs sadist shrikes Mist deers ravens crows bats and any other Luctusian animal that is Striking the fancy to the marine in question. But most important of these halls are the halls of remembrance. Where under the watchfull eye of the Chaplains to prefend any harmful imagery. The Battles and wars the shrikes took part in as a chapter or in separate Company/Squads. Are depicted in full detail. Each company will have there own hall depicting there Deployments and individual missions. Leading to a great hall where the chapter as a whole is shown. In these halls the armor of fallen marines are displayed and preserved in there glory in remembrance. Of the fallen.

[] Loadout Plan Command and Conquer (406 BP, 2-4 Turn Prediction to fill)
-[] Command Squads: Suggested loadout consists on Mk.VIII "Errant" Armor, Two Boarding Shields, 2 Storm Bolters, 1 Melta Gun, 1 Plasma Gun, 2 Power Swords, 2 Power Axes, and 1 Headsman Axe. 10th Company Command Squad would have Prototype Mk.VI "Corvus" Power Armor instead. (Covering the total cost of the remaining equipment to fulfill the loadout would come up to 71BP for the first command squad, 76BP for the rest. 26BP for the 10th Company Command Squad if chosen with priority, 226BP if not chosen with priority.)
--[] All Command Squads with priority to 10th and ascending upwards from there

A simple but middle cost plan that leverages the MAJOR reduction in cost for equipping 10th squad first, and then gets us a decent price to get the rest as BP is available.

[] Loadout Plan Heroes of Might and Mist (145 BP, 1-2 Turn Prediction to fill)
-[] Company Champions: Suggested loadout consists on Mk.VIII "Errant" Armor, 3 Storm Shields, 2 Power Swords, 1 Power Axe, 2 Thunderhammer and 1 Chainglaive. Champion of the 10th would have Prototype Mk.VI "Corvus" Power Armor instead (Covering the total cost of the remaining equipment to fulfill the loadout would come up to 25BP each for the 2nd and 3rd Company Champions, 20BP for the 6th Company Champion if picked first, 25BP otherwise, 30BP each for the 7th and 9th Company Champions, 10BP for the 10th Company Champions if picked first, 60BP otherwise.)
--[] All Company Champions with priority to 10th and going from there

As cheap as it gets and still be worth the vote.

--[] All Command Squads with priority to 10th and ascending upwards from there
-[] Sharpshooter Veterans:
Suggested loadout consists on Prototype Mk.VI "Corvus" Power Armor, Camelonine Cloaks, 30 Stalker Bolters, 15 Kraken-Pattern Bolters and 5 Power Swords. (Covering the total cost of the remaining equipment to fulfill the loadout would come up to 73BP per squad if picked first, 473BP otherwise.)

---[] Alternate between filling out Sharpshooters and Vanguards, after Champions and Command Squads are done.

And the Pie-in-the-Sky Grand plan. I don't expect anyone to vote for it, but I do want to lay it out for future planning purposes.
