This is largely based on Plan I Have You Now, but it's been cleaned up a bit to make better use of our time tables and our available equipment. It's probably way too late because of bandwagoning but I'm still not happy with any other plans that have been posted at the moment. Especially ones which want us to dump minor favors at Smilnay before we even have any of our own.

Do we have to provide our librarians with psychic hoods or do they get those automatically?
It isn't mentioned in the procurement areas but I am going to assume that its standard issue for Librarians.

Also, it's very funny to me that we're equipping our captains with Iron Halos but haven't given Severus one yet.

Also, @ThunderOwl for future turns can you add some spaces to the main turn order? All the options being one big line of text is a bit of a mess and I often skip lines.

...Then why would the Forge create Force Weapons? It's an option but if the Librarius does it for themselves, I'm not sure why it's there
I'm guessing it's for replacing destroyed weapons and a point of reference for how much a masterwork force weapon costs. Since Master Crafted weapons are double the normal cost of whatever the normal weapon is.

We might also want to give someone a force weapon other then a force staff for some reason.

Force swords are a option not Force staffs
That's splitting hairs I feel. If you're able to make a Force staff, you also have the ability to make a Force sword or a Force axe or what have you. It's all the same principles.

Anyway, definitely feeling better about having that stuff in my plan now. It sucks to have specialists without their proper equipment, especially in the case of psykers.

Guide to the Planets of the Aetelian Sector: Boshin
Boshin

"Have you seen those guys from Boshin? What a bunch of doormats" "Yeah, Commissar or officer treats me like they treat them? The get fragged." Exchange between Durrutian Volunteers.

"Understand this now, your bodies, minds and soul are no longer yours. Upon entering this institution, you have given them all to the God-Emperor, Master of Mankind and Beloved by All. You live becase He allows it and you´ll die if He demands it. Your sole purpose is the upholding of His will and the defense of His Imperium. No hesitation, no doubt, no remorse shall be allowed in the persecution of this." Excerpt from the introductory speech of the Boshin Schola Progenium.

"It is adviced for Boshineses guildmembers or travellers not to land on the planets of Taicang, Kalagon, Bataan, Laha, Sook Ching, [...] Local populations extremely hostile to Boshinese and safety cannot be guaranteed." Proclamation by the Boshinese Goverment.

Classification: Hive World

Administratum Tithe: Exactis Tertius

Population: 263 Billions

Capital: Nishi no Souto

Day Cicle Duration (In terran standard): 11 Hours

Overview:

A highly bellicose hive world, Boshin was at the onset of the Great Crusade led by a line of military governors, who unified the planet after the planet broke into warring factions during the Age of Strife. When an Imperial Expeditionary Fleet reached Boshin, the military governor at the time rejected integration against the Imperium, but the Iterators accompanying the fleet convinced most of the minor martial nobility, who had been steadily sidelined in the previous years, to stage a revolt against the military governor, which was eventually successful thanks to Imperial support. Once the new government was instated, the Imperium destroyed the martial nobility after a short uprising. During the Horus Heresy, the invading Iron Warriors never landed on the planet, but Boshinese Army regiments were butchered by Iron Warriors on multiple fronts.

As a reward for their loyalty, Imperial Authorities awarded the planet with the foundation of a Schola Progenium, and economic incentives which resulted in a rapid expansion of Boshin´s industrial output and population levels. As such, the amount of raw materials and foodstuffs necessary to fuel and sustain this growth became a priority for the planetary goverment. Thanks to extensive lobbying and favor-trading with the Lord Sector court and Imperial Guard Sector Command, Boshinese trade guilds were given extensive liberties and privileges when it came to making one-sided agreements with nearby Agri-Worlds and Mining Worlds, with explicite permission to deploy Boshinese Rikogun´s to enforce them. These privileges were later revoked by later Lord Sector, but the planets involved suffered harshly under the Boshinese boot, and they hold rabid hatred for the people of those planets.

In modern times, while Boshinese industry is still well-developed, the main export for the Tithe is in the form of military personnel. This personnel belongs to either the Boshinese Rikoguns, the local regiment of the Imperial Guard, servicemen and officers for the Imperial Navy and Commissars and Stormtroopers from their Schola Progenium.

Trivia:
-Reputation of the Boshinese in the various branches of the Imperial Military is mixed. The Imperial Guard appreciates the Rikogun´s morale and dedication, but have poor opinion of the strategic skill of their officers. The Boshinese serving in the Navy are constantly mocked and dismissed by Lezoan and Gadirans. The Commissariat and the Inquisition both give glowing praise to the graduates of the Schola Progenium.
-The Schola Progenium of Rikogun used to supply Novitiates to the Order of the Thorned Spear, but in early M41 they stopped due to unknown reasons.
-Discipline in the Rikoguns is harsh even by Imperial Guard standards, and Boshinese Commissars have a reputation for vicious corporal punishments.

Since space marine 2 came out someone can mess around with the colors to get an idea of what the mist shrikes can look like when they get upgraded much much much later.

So, awhile ago I raised a question regarding company command squads. Quote in the spoiler below is a reply and it either has already been changed (anscients) or still stands (veterans). That said, our marines did get better in melee, so, given that we are already selecting a Chapter Champion maybe we can also get Company Champions in the same action?
Okay, I have no trouble adding the Lieutenants to each company info, but take into account that they won't be mechanically different from an average marine, which is why I didn't add them before. As for the command squad they don't appear for different reasons.

-Veteran Sergeant+Veterans: You don't have them yet.
-Company Ancient: You don't have banners yet.
-Apothecary: You don't have enough for all your companies, which is one of the reasons they're free range.
-Company Champion: Your marines are bad at melee. Also, there is a free option during plan voting that is reassigning notables to any position you want, so if you want to put one of your honor guard there if you want.

I really don't think Plan Organized and Preparation is a good idea. Unless Frozen Fungi provides way, way more favors than I expect, we'll be in favor debt with Smilnay. On top of that, assigning our Melta and Plasma weapons right now means that there will be much less flexibility in our deployments going forward, because sometimes we'll just need all our anti-armor wargear in one location, but the ability to assign it all in one go will be lost. If we had more then that would be a different story, but we don't, unfortunately. Finally, the deployment situation is just... not even right. It's throwing damaged vehicles into the field, and even deploying more vehicles than we have, I assume because of a misunderstanding over the turn order.
