Durthu
In the heart of the eternal forest of Athel Loren, he felt the rise of the new god of the dragons, ancient and proud creatures more ancient than even him and his kin, and he felt his actions. The loss of another forest only added to his many many regrets and rekindled his rage, the slaughter of his kin made it a barely contained inferno but he needed to think before acting on his impulses.
Sure he is strong, strong enough to contend with even the great daemons of the ruinous powers, but he can't contend against a god especially the god of the dragons for he surely had the mighty power of their race amplified by several times. He did not stand a chance against him in a potential confrontation.
He can't die not yet. Not when the forests still needed him to be their protector. But he has no illusions, the dragon will come here, for there is a very noticeable portion of the wild hunt that are servants of the one who made the dragon race fall from their golden age centuries ago and they reside in the old forests which have been his home for several millennia. They should have been banished or killed, he wasn't picky, but no NO!!! Ariel and Orion did not ban them and allowed them to roam free and unfettered.
If the dragon comes for them, and he is sure he will come, then he will not protect them and shall say all of their locations to him so they could be slaughtered by the vengeful god, he doesn't care what Orion and Ariel will do he will not let this forest burn like many others before it.
If they and their armies even dare to try and attack the god as he hunts for the wild hunt, then he will stop them no matter if he has to slaughter all of them, as long as he lives he shall protect Athel Loren no matter the cost.
Coeddil
He slept and slept in his personal kingdom in the Wildwood, but he never forgot how he finally saw through their lies and honeyed tongues. They lied to all of us. Yes, yes, yes they did and he saw the truth behind their lies and tried to cripple their leadership before the true war began, but he failed and was imprisoned here by their queen. The Asur is not the queen of Athel Loren. Yes he almost forgot, the Asur is not the queen of the forest nor shall she ever be.
The rise of the new god was interesting, even if he was trapped in here by that traitorous elf he could still feel the rise of the new god and its ramifications, before he could never break away from his prison but now he sensed that he could break them and finally be free. That's where he felt it.
The Burning of a Forest.
The Slaughter of His Kin.
Unacceptable! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
There must be vengeance. Yes there must be vengeance for the forest's vengeance for the lost kin, but first he needs to break free from the bindings and gather his hosts, and finally set them all free from their lies and bring back their golden age where the forests where not cutted down or burned. The Asur must be taken cared of first. Yes before he kills the god who dared to burn the forest's and slaughter his kin he must free both the forest and his kin Athel Loren from the grip of the Asur.
Soon… Soon they shall all be free.
Drycha
She felt it, oh she felt it. The loss of yet another forest and the slaughter of thousands of her fellow dryads by the actions of this new god, this demands retribution. She already revised her plans, before killing a god they would need armies, armies that are currently being held thralled by the honeyed tongues of the Asur.
There must be vengeance, against both the Asur for what they brought to their home and the god from burning down the forest's and killing her kin. The Oak must be taken no matter the cost, and great Coeddil finally freed from his bindings so he can lead them against the true enemies, once they take the Oak then they can kill all of the Asur here and then restore all of the forests.
Durthu will not act, so they must act. Whatever the cost Athel Loren will be free from the Asur and their lies. The golden age will be fully restored where the entire world was covered by the forest's and all of her kin wondered across it. There would be no more others who burned and cut them down, they would only be them.
Now how does she destroy those waystones imposed by Asurs Queen?
OOC: Coeddil and Drycha refer the Asrai as Asur because in their eyes they did not change and are undersaving of any name tied with the forest (Asrai = Fay Folk that live on the forests) and the colored text represents corruption that has affected their mind.
