Green Sun, Black Shadows (CG/Exalted)

Um, typo or Yozi Engrish?
Oramus doesn't really grok things like "past tense" or "future tense", it's all gibberish to him.

[X] Help the terrorists
-[X] Some would say that reversing this situation is impossible, but you are no longer bound by mere impossibility. You are Lelouch vi Britannia, and you will change the very conventions of warfare. You send two groups of seven each of your spidery minions to begin seizing Knightmares from their Britannian pilots, a gift to the terrorists so they may fight.

Oh dear. Poor Viletta.

She's hot but Lelouch has no problem killing hot women and in the future she was the one's responsible for the betrayal of Black Knights along with that shithead Ougi.
I'm still mad when everything was over Ougi became the president of Japan.

Anyway it should be fun when Lelouch became Clovis after killing him, though Nunnally's not gonna be happy about it.

Also @Alexander89 Is it possible to use that custom Malfeas Charm to cancel out Witness to Darkness? I mean that TED charm is bad but it is also the prequisite for a lot of other charms and a meat of the TED tree. If we don't take that we are locked out of a good chunk of the TED charms that are fairly good. Or at least use the Earthscorpion edits for it?

FYI this refers to this Earthscorpion homebrew charm:

Glaring Sun's Subtlety
Cost:
-, Mins: Essence 2, Type: Permanent
Keywords: None
Duration: Permanent
Prerequisite Charms: None

Malfeas' fetich is the blinding green sun, Ligier, and no lesser light can faze him. He ignores any penalties and sensory impairment caused by bright light, treating it as a clear day. This attunement to light has a cost, increasing the penalty caused by shadowy illumination or darkness by one.

Should the Infernal suffer a Crippling effect that blinds her, she may perfectly ignore the effect as a defense to see clearly. However, for as long as this benefit is used, Primordial Essence leaks from the eye (or socket), making this Charm Obvious. The player defines how the leakage manifests.

Finally, no lesser force than her own can penetrate the Infernal's will. She adds her essence rating to her MDVs against Charisma based social attacks and as bonus successes to recognise or study such passions. Her forceful nature makes it harder to deceive, however, imposing an internal penalty of her essence rating to any charisma based social attack.

A character who possesses both this charm and Witness to Darkness gains neither benefit nor penalty from either in respect to social attacks – understanding both force and guile, she receives a single bonus die on either, and to her MDV pools, but otherwise uses Charisma and Manipulation as normal.

All of Earthscorpion's Infernal homebrew charms can be found here. Some of them are pretty neat.

Keep in mind that we do not have to kill Clovis. We can totally just mind whammy him and then use him as time goes on, probably.

We also might want to look for CC's body or Suzaku. Getting to Suzaku now, we could convince him to come with us or something like that. Then we can, like, avoid all the shit in canon or something.

I'm still mad when everything was over Ougi became the president of Japan.

Speaking personally, I'm indifferent about Viletta. She was Lelouch's enemy and she acted against him with relative competence. I can't say anything good about her taste in romance, but to be perfectly honest, I think most of us are guilty of that one at one point or another.

Ougi on the other hand, well, suffice to say that I voted for Malfeas because Malfean Exalts have remarkably efficient and effective solutions for that sort of thing. Then again, I suppose it doesn't really matter. After all, Lelouch is a Fiend, meaning that he can bind people who swear oaths.

Our excellency works pretty well for Lulu as it can be applied to defying conventions which most of his oddball insane schemes do and shoving the number 7 into the schemes makes them applicable even when it otherwise wouldn't which I imagine Lulu would find hilarious.

Double willpower regain from stunts is also pretty hax.

Ironically the imperfection of out perfect defense while very hax in creation applies to almost everything here making the perfect defenses almost pointless.

We could drive entire regions to madness just by taking naps nearby with the right charms. Loom Snarling Deception would allow us to sneak in pretty easily.

I think he DOES understand them, he just don't see why they need to apply to him.

He's everything and nothing.

That's... questionable. The thing about the Primordials, even before they were broken and became the Yozis, is that they're functionally insane idiot savants. They have anywhere from limited to no understanding of things that are outside of the concepts they embody. They don't even understand why the humans rebelled against them in the first place, thinking it all the fault of the gods for putting the idea in their silly little mortal heads - to them the natural state of mortals is for them to bow down in terrified awe of them and anything outside of that is some crazy mistake that needs fixing.

Each and every last Yozi has some kind of cosmic level mental disorder, when it comes down to it. Malfeas was once the Holy Tyrant, and if you don't immediately obey his orders he will never, ever try to consider your point of view and try to convince you to do what he wants based on that - trying to consider someone else's wants and needs literally hurts him. No, his go to solution is to scream at you and beat the shit out of you if you're not obeying, because hey it works on the First Circle Demons so why shouldn't it work on you? The Ebon Dragon on the other hand might find himself in a situation where brute force is the optimal solution, but he'll try to use guile instead because he literally can't do it any other way.

So if Orabus understands the concepts of past and present, then it is likely he understands them poorly or in a very different way than you or I would.

On the other hand, ED's Perfect works against anything but Holy attacks. While we're in a fused world I'd think they'd be less prevalent here.
Yup we should go ED for our defensive charms. I like the wyld zone followed by the now free auto surprise attack spam for your offense.

EDs perfect defense is only one charm into his tree and doesn't require Witness to Darkness so there isn't any controversy. The one prereq is Cracked Cell Circumvention is a 2m charm that doubles the successes of any action taken towards the goal of escaping confinement. While situational it is incredibly powerful.

Another great ED charm that doesn't require WtD is fate rending desperation which make you better at everything for a scene in exchange for a similar debuff for the rest of the day.

Well, I was talking about that charm but the thing is, all those other charms are not good. As in they are broken badly and not in the good way. Also I don't think it was ES who made those charms.

Here is what I was talking about when I said ES edits to Witness To Darkness.

Witness to Darkness: Replace paragraph beginning with "Finally...", with "Finally, the Infernal is unimpressed with the murk of others' guile, and adds her Essence rating to her MDVs against inherently deceptive social attacks and as bonus successes to recognize or pierce another's deceptions. Her attunement to lies makes it harder to be honest, however, imposing a -Essence internal penalty to all attempts to be honest and straightforward, save when truth brings more pain than lies." In addition, as with Hateful Wretched Noise, the penalty imposed by bright light can be ignored for a scene with the expenditure of 1 Willpower.

And his

My Dark Lady Expansion Charms.

Doomed to Die Charms.

Yes this, in Return of the Scarlet Empress Ebon Dragon has an Essence 10 Charm called (Yozi) Cosmic Principle that allows you to turn into a clone of Ebon Dragon, in return you cannot learn any charm other than what the Ebon Dragon is, which highlights the fact that the Yozi cannot be anything other than the concept(s) they hold, they literally can't do stuffs without going for that concept. So yeah maybe Malfea can do stealth but he will get punishments or plenty of botches waiting for him ahead, Ebon Dragon can punch people to death but he will damage himself by doing it, just like how SWLiHN cast overkill and hurt herself.

if the Lancelot do show up
remember to steal the thing after prying Suzaku out of it cockpit
that thing data help make most of the future tech, so stealing it help reduce Brit tech or delay it by a bit and that help alot

I think the worst part about Suzaku potentially surviving is that he can sort of justifiably say Lelouch sold his soul in the pursuit of power. But who knows maybe with exalted social charms we can convince Susaku to side with us and make him cool like he was in the end of the series.

Shouldn't be that hard to steal it. Both Ebon Dragon stuff and Orasmus stuff LOVES that shit.
