Green Sun, Black Shadows (CG/Exalted)

Hm, maybe. But i have to say, i am not the biggest fan of the aproach that Exaltation can improve your base stats. I prefer it when it can only give you charms, and your other capacities remain the same.

Seeing as you can improve Intelligence through training with an Exaltation, it's not unusual at all that one would be able to improve your base stats. After all, you are made to be in peak health once you Exalt as an Infernal. Lelouch also got better physically after his Exaltation - around average Stamina and Strength instead of his abysmal level from canon, and I don't think he would have ever been described as "uncommonly nimble and fast" as he would be now with Dexterity 3.

Just chiming in to also agree that CC's stats overall look way low for her status as an immortal. (And yeah, I would also hold the position that she's App4. You can't use just 'reactions' because characters a lot of the time are going to have other things going on to react to, like her bondage outfit or her showing up dressed up as Zero, and so on. Also if they're looking at her head on they're not seeing her best attribute.)

Food for thought, at minimum she should have Socialize 3-4 tacked on and a crapton of period appropriate and inappropriate specialties. You can also derive experiences from alternate but still plausible continuities, such as her being an English commander during the HYW and feuding with Joan of Arc.

Green Sun Prince 'Imaginary' by Krain
Green Sun Prince 'Imaginary' belongs to @Krain. I'm just working on it with Author's consent.

Once, there was a group of spies. They had an important mission.
They were to assassinate a certain scientist among the Britannians, who could be working on something horrific.

In this group, there was a man.
...A very foolish man.

He made a mistake.
A moment of weakness, and from there it all came undone, years of effort destroyed.

Now the man was broken, left alone - and in his darkest hour, a beautiful melody was heard as a woman appeared in front of him, to offer vengeance and through that, perhaps, redemption.
He accepted, clinging to the new desperate hope that had blossomed.

Who came out of the chrysalis now works, spreading chaos and destruction amongst his enemies wherever he goes.

It is all he has left.

Now, he wages a war of sabotage and misinformation against the Britannian empire.
Military leaders are made to see how pointless all of Britannia is, how there is nothing of worth, maintenance crews become unable to do anything about serious problems with machinery, scientists on the cusp of any sort of improvement find unforgivable flaws.
Carefully incited revolts from refugees in the EU are redirected to the Britannian instigator spy rings.

This time, he will not fail.

Code Name: 'Imaginary'
Actual name: Denis [redacted]
Caste: Fiend

Backing (Yozi) 1
Cult 2 (1 + 1 free dot from Yozi)

Notes: the Unwoven Coadjutor is an Angyalka.

Traits from Unwoven Coadjutor: when hair are messed up, as example from the wind, they move and go back to initial position (-0 points).

Abilities:
Caste (Fiend): Bureaucracy 0, Linguistics 3, Drive 2, Sail 0, Socialize 3
Favored: Firearms 3, Larceny 3, Presence 3, Stealth 4 (infiltration +1), Investigation 4
Unfavored: Dodge 3, Awareness 3, Lore 1 (hacking +2)

Charms
Ebon Dragon: Witness to Darkness, Our Little Secret, Golden Years Tarnished Black, Cracked Cell Circumvention, Loom-Snarling Deception, Eldritch Secrets Mastery, Fleeing the Scene (x2), Passing off Blame, Spring-Heeled Shade, Flitting Elusive Ink, My Dark Lady
Adorjan:

Motivation: Destroy the Britannian spy network currently rooted in the EU
Urge (Adorjani): Bring Ruination to the 'Holy' Brittannian Empire, seeing all that they are turned to ash.

Intimacies:
Brittannia (unforgiving loathing), EU (guilty patriotism), his demon (friendly bemusement), his cult (surprised appreciation), old companions (regrets), Britannian spies (sadistic glee)

Removed the Adorjan charms, since I figure that could be a character development thing for him, that he'd learn how to let things go, which he very much can't do yet.
In exchange, put in some more ED stuff - beyond the fleeing the scenes stuff, he also has My Dark Lady (which I think is a pantheon charm?), for a nice little social setup (I imagine he'd try and convince Rakshasa to sit down and share a meal with him at some point, heh).
He's likely to go for the ED social perfect defense (Mocking Murmurs Retort).

Also changed up attributes and abilities a little, since he needs decent Larceny and Intelligence.

I went with 'imaginary' as his fake name... mostly, for the sake of getting 'Imaginary Numbers' as sort of a play on the Britannian system

Why would Rakshata, as a scientist mostly uncaring of politics or social functions have above average manipulation to start with ? it just doesn't fell in character
Internal politics in academia have been charitably described as a pit of vipers. The manipulation would help with securing funding, improving one's status in the academic community, sabotaging rivals, and getting one over on that HACK who thinks that their quack theory actually works.

C.C, the Pizza-loving Witch

Alias: C.C.
Concept: Immortal wanderer
Motivation: Get back her life as a human
Age: 500
Sex: Female
Hair: Lime
Skin tone: Fair
Eye color: Gold

Attributes: Strength 2, Dexterity 2, Stamina 3; Charisma 2, Manipulation 5, Appearance 4; Perception 3, Intelligence 3, Wits 5
Virtues: Compassion 2, Temperance 5, Conviction 5, Valor 2
Abilities: Archery/Firearms 2, Athletics 1, Awareness 3, Integrity 4, Martial Arts 3, War 3, Craft (Water) 1 (Pizza +1), Larceny 3, Presence 3, Ride/Drive 2 (Knightmare Frames +1), Survival 4, Bureaucracy 3, Investigation 1, Lore 3, Occult 3, Melee 2, Performance 2, Resistance 5, Medicine 1, Dodge 1, Stealth 5, Socialize 2, Linguistics (?)*

*When required assume that C.C. can speak the language spoken in the scene.

Backgrounds: Contacts (Britannian Nobility) 2, Allies (Marianne Vi Britannia) 2, Followers (Geass Cult) 1

Essence: 3
Willpower: 10

Intimacies: Pizza (Obsession), V.V. (Contempt), Sidereal Exalts (Exasperation), Celestial Bureaucracy (Burning Hate)

Characterization:
C.C. is an individual who keeps her emotions and thoughts within her mind, appearing to the world as emotionless and apathetic to most events and persons. She has displayed an attachment to the food item of pizza, however, that easily breeches her stoic facade.

Description:
C.C. is a girl with long, almost waist-length light green hair and golden eyes. She is of average female height, being approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall.

Other Notes:
C.C. is an immortal "witch", neither suffering from age or illness. She is incapable of being killed by conventional means: even with all her Dying health levels filled, she can heal back to top condition in half an hour. Her mind is under a similar protection, being able to close her consciousness behind a mental barrier that cannot be breached from the outside. Official secret notes from Yu-Shan classify her as the recipient of a powerful Sorcerous Working, with the title of "Code Bearer of London".

C.C. has the ability to bestow people with the power of Geass, which manifests differently in each person but generally carries the ability to affect the minds of those it is used on in some way. The Geass sigil glows on her forehead whenever she manifests this power. Injecting targets with her blood or cells allow them to develop a 'Heretical' Geass capable of affecting the physical world, but in turn this ability severely reduce their lifespans if untreated.

Her Code allows her to detect the location of her own contractors, even at a distance, and confirm who possesses a Geass power and who does not, regardless of whom granted it to them, but only if that power is used in her presence.

When in close proximity to another person C.C can afflict them with a hallucinatory experience of chaotic and ominous images, pertaining in part to the memories of the target involved; the content varies with the afflicted. Physical contact, either direct or via a medium, is necessary.

I think it's more a matter of what she is - she probably gained an Essence rating of 3 when she became immortal.
Yep: the Code is an handy thing...sadly it doesn't grant a very high potential for growth.

I'm not really sure she's shown that much intelligence - maybe switch these two?
Done. I also added a couple more parts and hints.

Wouldn't C.C. have a stamina of 5?

EDIY: And I'm pretty sure shes closer to 700 years or more in age. In the alternate universes of Code Geass C.C. is in opposition to Jean D'Arc in the hundred years war. I assume you can hold that true for the canon universe too. Unless your changing it for the background of the game-universe.

That's pretty darn cool. Just a bit of clarification though: When it says that the 7 signifiers are obvious, but no form of essence-sight can pierce the disguise, does that mean that the character is still identifiable as herself but cannot be seen as human? So your magic sight tells you that it's "John the Oramaic Defiler" but doesn't show him as human?

I'd like to suggest that a Shintai built off this charm might cause the Infernal to change form every action between a bank of 7 different pre-made forms. I imagine him moving through a Wyld zone of his creation, flickering to a new body in the blink of an eye, presenting new threats and obstacles every moment. Really cool mental imagery.
More like that if one of your traits is blue eyes, you'll always have blue eyes, no matter what, and they go through disguises, so even if you're a fish you'll have blue eyes, but people can't connect the dots between "Fish with blue eyes" and "John the Oramaic Defiler".
Yeah. They can also be things like "seven tattoo lines on the back". For Oramus the Signifiers are his wings: even when appearing as minarets, masts or flames there is always seven of them.
Ok, so, other than the point about having to unlock her Charmset, I'm not sure what you were trying to say here.

...Wait, no, you're talking about the way the discount goes away once the Derangement is cured. My original question was about Charms that make Derangements we have effect us less, which would let us walk around and train with the Derangements up.

However, even assuming we don't unlock her Charmset and can only get the ability to remove Derangements instead of coping with having them, if, say, Milly could get that Charm, she could use it, we could buy at least Willpower and Virtues using Experience Debt, and those have a Training Time of Immediate. Then we cure the Derangement so quickly it doesn't really impact us.
We're working on that type of Charms.
We know that Exalted can never become Code Bearers, and Code Bearers can never Exalt, but can one learn Terrestrial Charms, specifically MA charms? Considering their immortality, Celestial might also be possible for them., as I think I heard it's not impossible, just fatal to use them.
I can confirm CC knows some Terrestrial Martial Arts. Which ones, it's a secret.

Can we learn some Martial Arts ourselves? I mean, we do have the XP.
We'd need to find a teacher, and whilst CMA are useful the general Yozi charms we have access to are probably more so at present. Plus we'd need to train up our MA ability first, which would take more XP and time.
