Ok, I have an idea for this.

Hegra's main representation and presumably fetich soul is the whole typhoon that rains down the dream/nightmare drugs, and everyone in Malfeas comes out to play in the rain of drugs. Often trailing in the wake of the Typhoon of Nightmares is another Third Circle Demon of Hegra, The Rainbow Mist of Revelry. When Hegra's rains contain enough "fun" dreams, she arrives and the fun dream rain drops that landed quickly evaporate and then condense into a fine psychedelic rainbow mist. The revelry that normally happens when Hegra shows up gets turned up to eleven and the party starts anew. Pretty much everyone in Malfeas likes her because she throws the best parties, and she's got an open invitation to any party in Malfeas because everyone loves her. However, in her quest for endless amusement, parties frequently get a bit out of hand - property damage, demons partying until they collapse in the streets, and other things of that nature are not uncommon, but she's too busy planning on the next party to really take notice. Presumably she would have been Milly's biggest advocate among Hegra's component souls, as the girl knows how to throw an awesome party.

Not sure what her single world name would be, but you're good at coming up with names for demons so I'd leave that to you.

EDIT - Her more human/personal form would be something like this:

I assume her hair are liquid dreams? :p

For names, what about "Carnueale"? It's an old Italian word for Carnival.

The Crushing weight of stone becomes a gentle cooling breeze. As a reflexive action, The Warlock may declare herself immune to all but one element. Any attack that is not the element in question becomes a harmless variation of it's opposite element within (essence x yards) of them. However, the element of weakness becomes instead a prismatic blast of unshaped power, Dealing twice as much damage to The Prince if it hits. A second purchase at Essence 7 removes this weakness, but increases the cost of activation to [Put cost here]

Not exactly in theme, IMO. Oramus is actually vulnerable to completely mundane things so you can't make him immune to mundane elements like Cytherea is able to do in her Charm set (which she's able to do because of her relationship with Gaia and Creation), and giving near blanket immunity to all but one element of magical nature is practically a perfect defense and Oramus's existing PD already blocks all magical attacks anyways.

It's a more specific perfect defense with its own flaw of invulnerability. Interesting.

First instinct is to cost it 8m like other perfects and remove the repurchase.

It lasts an entire scene. PD's don't last that long. That's another issue with it.

What if I changed it from an elemental attacks to something that just happens if that element is within the radius? The Warlock walks, and Trees become Ice. Torches alight with flame become Writhing currents of impossible water. A Rainstorm becomes a gentle dusting of kaleidoscopic sand. The Warlock, for the scene, imposes upon the world an impossible contradiction, saving himself from harm as a burning house is becomes something that they can simply wade through.

That was the intent behind the idea, anyhow.
 
I was wondering, if Milly's charms let her gain bonuses from emotion effects, wouldn't we be able to use Words That Twist Like Daggers to add additional emotion effects to her, thus giving her a boost?

Play the Music, Light the Lights creates a wyldzone around the Infernal, where a lot of a strange things can happen. The followup Impresario's Sure Hand makes him immune to effects from it. So you can create such a zone wherever and then watch as dangerous hazards are turned into acid-candy clouds that don't do anything to you. That seems like it does what you're going for.

There's other Oramus charms that let him fight Raksha in Shaping Combat. Perhaps he could have a charm building off Play the Music that allows him to shape scenery into harmless things? Not outright attacks, but existing hazards. It could be a form of "protective movement" charm, much like Adorjan has charms that let her run on lava and Isidoros ignores all hazardous terrain.

Pretty much what Peanuckle said - Play The Music, Light The Lights creates a significantly more malleable area to work with.

I think the prereq should be Impresario's Sure Hand, and it should also be noted that anyone protected by Sheltering the Troupe should also be immune to the damage the hazard would cause. Otherwise it looks good to me.

Seems good to me.

I notice that she's only two Charms away from being able to heal Nunnally. (she only needs Transcendent Toxin Internalization and Bitter Medicine) Given Lelouch is now in her sights, I wonder how long until she decides to get them - after all, she's met Nunnally too, I believe, so she no doubt knows that Lelouch adores his sister above all others and that healing her would earn his undying gratitude.

This works. Just a few notes...

1. Type isn't Permanent. Should be Simple.
2. Should include the Combo-Ok keyword, as you can probably do this with other things.
3. Minimum Essence has to be 3 or higher, due to the prereq.

Too niche. Maybe "Szoreny must reflect others to build himself, and so this charm cannot enhance any action where the Infernal is alone."

So you could use it in a fight, in cooperative planning, etc., but not to go raid a tomb by yourself. Easy to get around by having a summoned demon along.

Also: I note that Kaguya has a lot of general charms from both Yozis. This strikes me as wasteful/poor planning. I'd drop the Inevitability Technique and World-Shaping Cosmogeny of one of them and add two different charms.

I have no doubts she will too, once she learns she can do that.

That's an houserule: the general Charms are free.
 
The only problem with the imperfection of cecelyne is that she cant fight against gods with E7+ until she hits elderhood.
