We have three months before we have to call on Mab. There is no need to rush to Etiquette 4 immediately.
We already delyaed Rage Recast from last turn.
We rather do need VLE if we get into another scrap. Thats +4 Soak.

Yes, the spelling is deliberate.
I think we need the VLE soak more urgently than the -1 diff reduction from Saga.
We need to walk before we can run.
Demonic Primacy allows us to establish a social relationship in the first place before we start thinking of minions. Because minions mean obligations and responsibilities, and we currently dont have the Resources.
And frankly, Demonic Primacy has more applicability than MiS right now.
Remember the ghouls we terrified? Or the ghosts that attacked us? Or just lesser Winter Fae?
Way easier to force a rout with Primacy, or to give them orders.
Thats particularly important if we're going to be spending time renovating Last Station underground.
Because someone is going to try to ambush us. Bet on it.

I can also think of multiple situations in the last arc where it would have provided critical insight as well.

Broken Winged Crane.
There are several Charms that require Triumphant Howl of the Devil-Tiger as a prerequisite, but still talk about your Exaltation.
For example Tempest of Inward Focus changes your Anima Power, with an explicit mention that this change will not be present for future bearers of your Exaltation.
And later Flame of the Rising Phoenix does make various changes to your Caste permanent for future wielders of your Exaltation.
Well, it's certainly cheaper than discard very useful weapon against one of the major threats, which we will be likely to face in the next arc. Also, if we are talking about threats, we should consider the behaviour of the Nemesis, it can target our allies and the ritual will be handy thing.

Keep in mind that the Exorcism is not literally a weapon.
It takes time and an immobile or willing target.
And given that people can give up their Coins already willingly without an exorcism there's no chance we'll use it on a willing target.
I really don't see much use in it against Denarians.
Those few who want to loose the Coint can do so with the help of a Knight already and most others will not be really helped by a forced separation from it, especially when they might be able to still call the Coin.
The real use for it in relation to the Fallen is endgame-stuff, when we might banish them from the Coin itself to force them to manifest and fight us, but that is far off.

An earlier use is to get Nemesis out of a host.
Mab has a Lea-Icicle currently.
Maeve may or may not have been hit already too.
Though if she has been, Mab doesn't know yet.
Because once she finds out Mab becomes unable to speak without harming mortals canonically.

Agreed.
I don't see the point for investing in this Charm right now, nor any IC justification for it.
The point is that we can literally offer Mab to save her confidant and to absolve Harry or Lydia from their debts. After all, Harry has an ad as a wizard, why can't we offer our services as an exorcist? And, fortunately, IC justification is not needed, because we are Brigid's heir, Molly will dream about her predecessor performing the ritual. Malfeas can even dance in the background.

That is a good question.
Canonically the fully transformed entirely lost their human soul, so they probably aren't affected.
It might help the partially transformed, but extracting Banes from fomor causes 10 dice of lethal damage.
So if we want to try that, we should have a healer ready.

That is meta knowledge we have no IC way of knowing.
Molly might have cause to learn it eventually, but not at this point in time. There too too many basic Charms and abilities we still need before we worry about specialty, niche stuff like this.
