It's not the end of the world, but he does moonlight as a bodyguard for Harry's friends and family at various points and those rare people who know what he is tend to take Mouse's reactions somewhat seriously.
If we can get him on side it could make a few things somewhat more convenient for us.

Considering the fact that she is a walking masquerade breach, already has the eyes end enmity of all too many of the wrong people, and is trying to navigate no small number of rocky shores in terms of her actual friends... manipulating them into constructing a convenient false truth that is close enough to the actual truth to be useful without realizing the depth of this particular cesspool? I'd liken this to infiltrating a major noble court function. Its also a benchmark of her own growth an maturity since she absolutely would have skipped out on this a week ago. Its worth an XP in my book.I know it's been 2+ decades since I was in high school, but it never seemed stressful enough to be worth XP. Then again, Molly's circumstances are a bit different than high school me.

Yeah. Any plan that has Rage Recast in it has my vote. Others I am willing to compramise on.
THough I would prefer tool Transending construct.
It is a one dot charms but are passive and have sheer utility. With the latter making having tools a non-issue and more importantly, x5 or x10 our craft progress, so we make, repair or maintain stuff and coding VERY quickly.

By Rage Recast is a 2-Dot Lanka Charm, of which we are Favored.
Tool-Transcending Constructs is a 1-Dot Wicked City Charm, which we are not Favored.
So that's 6 EXP + 4 EXP = 10 EXP. We can buy both at the same time if y'all want.
EDIT: I know the importance these two Charms could have (both thematically and mechanically) to Molly. So I'm gonna say I'm fine with it. But I think next time we should save up our EXP until we could buy Ego-Infused Pattern Primacy for that obligatory Shaping Defense.

I come from new world of darkness, and there people dont make soak rolls, so the idea of agg damage being a big improvement is still a strange on to me.
Care to elaborate on the virtues of aggravated damage. For those not in the know?
Everyone soaks Bashing, anything supernatural monster thats not Pixie tier or has moderately good armor soaks Lethal, not much soaks Agg even with magic, and it stops healing unless you got extremely specialized and strong healing magic.
Aggravated is a big deal in Exalted and huge deal in oWoD.
Edit: Fire or Sunlight for vampires is Agg, for an example to how bad it is to be hit by it, or Fae hit by iron.
It would complete our combat build at this stage for a long time, and make it so we could contend with anything, even with stuff thats invincible conventionally.

POG. Same man, I came from Exalted 2.5. In there we don't roll Soak (not anymore at least, in 2e you do roll Soak)
So here's the thing, Aggravated damage is utter bitch to deal with. Mortals die if they get hit with a single Aggravated Damage. Some Supernaturals can only die if they get attacked with Aggravated Damage, and there's so little can defend against Aggravated Damage (Protean go brrr). The fact that it stops any regeneration effect is another cherry on top.
And with Transcendent Anathema (which we can get from By Rage Recast) we could have our every attack hitting like a goddamn point blank magical blast with very little means to defend against it. And since Hardness isn't a thing here in ExWoD, most enemy would just keel over with a single application of our sword.
In oWoD (which I am more familiar with) Aggravated Damage is so ubiquitous that you could find most splats having its equivalent. Unless you have Fortitude, you could say goodbye to have any hope defending against Aggravated Damage.
In Exalted?? Dead. Health Level Penalty is so bad in 2.5 that most Players would just 'Perfect or Die'. Your ideal way with dealing against an Exalt is to mote-tapped them with Ping damage and pray to God that they're not a higher Essence than you. Because higher Essence Exalts have some bullshit Charms (unless you're Solar, which in this you can just laugh at the lesser Exalted).

10xp would be better spend in setting up for for becoming a trillion personally. But if not that is half the way Verdant Emptiness Endowment, which has functionally no downside as it takes 3 uses over 3 years to become a CoD. If not that Charred Sinner Renewal is a must, as it is the only decent way to regen essence in the middle of a event without a node.
You would promises not to do a lot of explicitly bad things to people under this roof in a ritual manner. Like 'I shall not drink his chi nor crush his bones for the feasting of my hounds '

We don't spend that many motes, only one to activate our excellency and then Green Sun Nimbus Flare.
Once we have more Charms to spend motes on, I support the Charm that gets us free motes.

I definitely wouldn't trust whoever said that to not try and screw me over in secret. Though fitting for devilish diplomacy, who will always be looking for the knife no matter their circumstances.
So "I promise not to screw you in these particular ways right now so we can have a conversation" is pretty fitting.
Shouldn't we get the charred sinner renewal? It gives us a dragon nest (crafting motes woo led) anywhere we can fit a bathtub and heals lethal and agg damage at an incredible rate.

Everything in order, low hanging, build finishing combat Charm so if there is a huge battle that would need us to use it to heal, we're more likely to survive in the first place, and the crafting aspect doesn't do anything with the crafting charm.
I will only support plans with By Rage Recast.
Charred Sinner Renewal is really really good, but it is not quite a dragon's nest for the purposes of crafting. Most crafting works not just by using the fast mote acquisition on the part of the exalt to weave more power into things but also by using the loose essence of the place, which is a very rare in this age to make reality more malleable. Lying in a tub of bleach will help with one but not the other.
Basically if you are trying to do something complex like make an advanced construct or bespoke demons a bathtub full of bleach will not cut it you need the real thing.
