We can vote to have Daisuke coordinate with Kiba & Mariko, yet Ves did make a point of giving them related omake prompts.

If he didn't want to present us the opportunity to wow him to earn Canon status to decide what Kiba & Mariko do, he wouldn't have explicitly given prompts.

Therefore, if what Kiba & Mariko provide are established, then no in-universe time is wasted having the three of them scrap whatever individual plans they made or argue about who gets to do what.

I think that use of diplomacy will be to make our team work with us while perception will be about figuring out what Kurenai will bring

Why bring only one thing when we can bring them all? If we fire every single shot possible one is bound to hit. Besides Shinobi are supposed to be always prepared and what's better than having every possibility prepared for? I deliberately left the actions vague since I feel that Daisuke is smart enough to fill the gaps with his Superhuman Intelligence.

Gonna need 450 for that, and doing everything isn't going to work as well than specific focuses.

Regarding using kai... Well, the quest does specifically mention Perception. It could be for deducing what to do, or to realize he's caught in a Genjutsu. If you can't even be suspicious of a Genjutsu user, you're definitely doing something wrong.
 
Been busy last few hours but just read the update.

Did we remember to bring people? Because three people isn't really a party. At least one success condition is probably bringing a few people to bulk up numbers. I can't imagine that the other people in class will also be having their tests at this time, so we should invite them along with *sigh* our parents.

Also, since in the end we're going to be needing to convince our teacher more than anything else we need a bribe for her. So we have a few hours to find out whatever objects and/or people she likes.

we're not allowed to bring other people in, vesvius ruled on that.

We can't bring more people. It may be a party, but it's still our Jōnin Team Exam.
