Game of the Year: A Naruto Quest

[X] Bring the Party. Grab your drink making supplies and an instrument and go find the others to coordinate the rest.

I find I now concur with the others - this is the simplest, most straightforward, and flexible approach to what everyone is suggesting.

Let's bring the party! With music and drinks and cooperation!

I've been trying to figure out what Kiba and Mariko would be most likely to bring, but I'm still conflicted. I can see Kiba thinking that food is the most important part of any party, but he might also be thinking that Daisuke should bring the food since his mother is so good at cooking. Maybe he'd bring party games? Mariko might bring food, or she might bring decorations. We don't really know much about her. I hope that at least one member of the team brings food.

there going to party right or atleast hosting one right so the important thing to do first is to know who's the guest are so intel gathering

Gonna need 450 for that, and doing everything isn't going to work as well than specific focuses.

Regarding using kai... Well, the quest does specifically mention Perception. It could be for deducing what to do, or to realize he's caught in a Genjutsu. If you can't even be suspicious of a Genjutsu user, you're definitely doing something wrong.

I never mentioned genjustsu or the use of Kai in my post.

-[x] The easiest way to ruin a party is for the guests to fight each other. Propose you put aside your differences, at least for the day.

Mariko should bring Mutton. It is Kiba's favorite and shows forethought.

To quote a particularly awesome old man:

"Tell you what, the memory's the first thing to go, followed right by the memory."
These are two distinct achievements. One is for getting the three Physical Attributes to Superhuman, the second is for getting all nine Attributes to Superhuman. (Physical, Mental, and Social).
This quote is not applicable at all, and it is likely that you spent very little time actually reading my previous post.
Just for future reference, if you think that someone repeated something twice in a list, it is a good idea to read that again to see if they actually repeated it twice in the list.

[X] Bring the people. Invite rookies, interesting people and random strangers. Cant have a party without guests.

We're not allowed to bring more people.

[X] We should find the other two and coordinate what we're bringing to the party. Someone should bring food, someone should bring music and someone should bring a keg

Start with inuzuka, it should be relatively ease

Sure, this looks good.

Obviously, the test 'underneath the underneath' is to work together with the others and co-ordinate things.

If it were intelligence gathering, she'd have said what she was going to do (such as "I'm going to go round up the guests", where we'd have to coordinate to follow her and get info back to the others on who the guests are) or have given us more specific intelligence (such as, "a party for twenty people, including a special guest you won't want to disappoint!").

Since she gave us literally NO information about the party, the important part is us working together. Secondary is likely 'preparing for the unexpected' (in other words, did we adequately prepare for all the likely variations of 'party').

[X] Music. You've done some strange things in the name of quests before, and performing in public is the least of them. You'll find an instrument and provide some songs.

Gotta pump that Perform skill.

-[X] We also need to find Kurenai and ask what she's bringing, because if any of us clash with her it'll be just as bad.

"Nothing too strenuous," Kurenai-sensei assures you. "And nothing that should prove too much of a challenge, especially not for the Rookie of the Year, a Prodigy of the Inuzuka Clan, and the most accomplished Genjutsu user of the class. It is… a party."

Why is she trying to butter us up? Is it just to puff us up individually and therefore make Kiba, Mariko and Daisuke feel pressured to get the absolute best for the party without consideration for what the others will be bringing.

The team is four.
