Her creations range from retrofitted porn to outright 'you are going on a registry'. The stated motivation for her look, her acts, and especially the lewdness is because she wants to make the player-insert happy.

Okay, we have Medea Caster, Medusa Rider, Baeber Saber, BB Moon Cancer, Mordred Avenger (?), Cu Berserker (or is a corrupted Lancer) and Oberon/Sauron Pretender.
That makes 7 of 7, but seeing that Sakura and Taiga have summoned other Servants, an Apocrypha scenario Is now inevitable.
Also, considering what happened, I can see Sakura summoning Kama, Indian Goddess of Love who uses flames and has Independent Manifestation (either a Child or Teenager, her adult form Is too close to Kama/Mara)
But I did thought first in someone like Tomoe Gozen, Archer who uses flames and blades. But with a character more similar to the Swordmaster Archer Inferno.
Edit: Finally, maybe, maybe not, Taiga summons Archer EMIYA. Which wouldn't very crazy considering their history together, his ideal to kill himself and whatever Is going on may caught the attention of the Counter Force.
Not sure how much EMIYA really forgot when he was summoned by Rin and how much was just an act, but would glorious having TotallyNotShirou freaking by everything that Is going with this version of his HGW.

Could be Apocrypha or it could just be ruler shows up instead.
As for things getting any worse, a God or twelve might decide to meddle to see themselves or one of their followers/children/servants etc. summoned into the mess.

If either of them got Solomon, the Grail War would be over in about an hour at most.
In FGO, Medea was ranked as the #3 strongest caster possible in sheer knowledge and power. With a limited mana source, she ended up being an absolute terror for the 5th Grail War.
Solomon was two ranks above her. He didn't become Grand Caster by collecting bottlecaps.
Zouken would have been judged and executed within minutes of his summoning because there is nowhere the worm can hide from a guy that has the closest thing to omniscience in Fate. And then Angra Mainyu probably would have been doom-lasered out of the Grail from orbit while Solomon is still in the summoning circle.

This strikes me as more a Jalter move than anything else: short fuse, burning everything down, capable of persisting without a master, and likelihood of abandoning her master if she judges it a waste of time.

My Reaction to what happened to Sakura: Fuck Yeah, Shinji & Potentially Zouken got what they deserved, and the Worm Pit is no more! (Side note, I'm aware that Shinji is very much a victim of Zouken, but at the same time, he made his choices, and decided to become a piece of shit like Zouken before him)
My reaction to Taiga summoning a Servant: Oh, this just got way more chaotic, and I fear for Shirou's Sanity.
No, you couldn't simply let it go like this. You had to get back there, you had to help Rin. You didn't know who or what you had apparently summoned. But it was dangerous. And the further you got away from the house, the less you could help Rin, the less you could help Caster.
