What is the relationship between Circe and Medea in the setting? Besides them both being daughters of the Goddess of Magic.
Why was Circe insistent that we kept it secret from Caster?

I think she knows Shirou is lying, but I suspect she thinks we learned it from the master-servant link somehow. Or there's some time shenanigans going on where an Emiya actually knew Greek elementalism and Medea heard of them, which would probably be a result of Circe mentioning it.
