We already had a description of her when Shirou encounter her in the school and it was noted her scars and, at the moment, disheveled appearance.
We get that is because she has lean her heart, and possibly a good part of her sanity, on Mash. We already know the way she reacted when they reunited on the temple.
The situation in this timeline is further going to hell, specially with the fall of the Clocktower. Hopefully she has finally established contact with Chaldea and get a more concrete plan.

I don't think I've ever seen Ritsuka doing this bad. Not even at the peak of the ORT fight. Probably the only other instance that comes close is after Mash sacrificed herself to block Ars Almadel Salomanis and that was covered up by sheer rage.
