Or potentially kicked into high gear, we don't actually know how connected she still is, thankfully with Rin not present to push Shirou into an abortive murder attempt, she should be fairly far awaay from the edge. Though Shinji's survival makes it fairly likely Zouken did as well and who the hell know what kinda bullshit he has cooking, he may force it into existence by tormenting Sakura's dreams or something to inflame her doubts.
