The last time she did a Berserker jumped her. Then Ayako sneered her off at school.
 
I would argue that Rin having Baeber and best Kouhai "who-totally-isn't-her-sister" helps to improve her mood despite all the nonsense that happened so far. Let alone if she summoned Actually-Satan like in canon. Then she would be mad all the time.

Also, seeing that the Shadow hasn't appeared yet, and Shirou had next to no interaction with Rin, Sakura would be mentally stable, if only because it's Ayako who is dating Shirou and not Rin aka "the big sister who replaced her and totally forgot about her"

At most, Sakura is very confused by current Shirou while still being always around him.

She has her baeber, lost her home, and must turn to Kirei for help. She has no time for Shirou's shit.

I would kind of find it hilarious if we reach the end of the quest having never spoken to Rin, and then she appears out of nowhere and excaliburs every servant but mordred, who retaliates with a Clarent blood Arthur.

Like guys, please stop ignoring Rin and Saber, we need to get them. Dont want having to deal with dark rin and/or dark saber coming out of nowhere and then you all make surprise pikachu face when they/she ruin the plans and/or make thing even worst, possibly even bad endings.

It's a tad difficult to give Sakura any attention when A) She's not the only threat around, and B) There are so many other interesting people to pay attention to.

Happy Shirou day for you and everyone here! And yes, I'm pretty sure everyone is having a good time with how things are going so far...except for Rin and Baeber. A great duo that can be great, but they faced off Shirou's Mordred early on, so...
