Everybody: be ogling everybody in the Sunset Archipelago

The First Shokkakumon to Digivolve Due to All the Angemon and Anklyomon About: I have spurned the weakness of the flesh that has corrupted everyone

Non-Canon Omake: Black To White 4
Black to White 4.

A Legendary Warrior was an existence above others, a titan in their class, and something that talent and effort can't be equaled just like Agunimon when he tried and failed to save them all... so as much as you needed to win, you admit to yourself that at some extent you are scared. The injuries that the last batch of Champions matched with the many dozens of wounded mon you'd spotted all over camp, this hadn't been the first wave he'd defeated on his lonesome.

But it needs to be his last.

For you and Beat's survival, for your wards if Wolfmon's chooses to ignore you, for Sparks when he survives this day, for Pid his lack of control would get him deleted and loaded if a few Devidramon are used as a distraction.

And Lady Ardat, she would lose her greatest protector and her unstable mindset would end up causing the Host to turn into deleting her.

The solution existed, by surpassing the line that divides regular, talented, monstrous, and fantasy. The opportunity of such an opponent becoming one of the pillars of your foundations paired with the insights that his could end packed with were just too tempting to ignore.

Today you joined the monsters, by taking the data of a Legendary Warrior. Fear turned into a desire that feed the Rage. One of your blades was thrown at the feet of the Legendary Warrior, an unspoken challenge to his honor.

"...Zero." The last number was called and the spell finished, Frame Reinforce increase your size and took a notch off your speed.

The champion in question seems distinctly unimpressed by your challenge, a grin formed on your face at the disdain that radiates from his loose stance and his only response is to give out an exaggerated, exasperated sigh. He wasn't taking this seriously when an *idiot* abandoned one of their weapons for things like honor.

A single mistake could mean defeat. Frame Reinforce would only trick him once into mistaking your constitution.

A single hit will end this.

A single chance will make this risk pay off.

Numbers were being chanted again.

Wolfmon's body shifts minutely, his legs bending to gather strength-and is suddenly in motion. Between blinks the Legendary warrior goes from stationary to a dazzling leap his blades flashing with elemental power. 3 seconds have passed, and even with your agility lowered you can see his motion, the arcing motion and blow aimed to severe your left forelimb at the shoulder.

"Oh, that is interesting." Your plans and caution needed to be thrown aside, and the grip on your blade loosened.

2 seconds remained

Wolfmon's believed to be faster than you, even now when he's not taking the encounter seriously.

A single second.

And he was until now.

Zero.

It's only halfway through his motion that your opponent notices that something is wrong, but even that is far too late, your body measures changed, the additional bulk disappeared and your feet moved. He switches from offense to defense almost admirably fast, barely managing to raise his light blades up in time to meet your blade attempting to bisect from head to crouch.

For a brief instance, metal wars against heat energy as his blades seek to rend your blade into scrap, but then the second has passed your next spell was finished.

"Muscle Burst." Pressure in his arms increased massively, the grit of the teeth of Wolfmon and putting all his effort into keeping his life.

Wolfmon's feet impact the ground with enough force to shatter rock, spraying shards of the material to harmlessly splash against your armor. He was stunned for the first time, your bet was successful. Your prey's limbs visibly shake with the effort of halting the blow, keeping it mere inches away from this head.

"Megaton Punch." And your other arm was still free from the weapon that you threw.

Your first impacts into his armor, you feel it crack and Wolfmon's was bent before he was sent away to his initial position by the inertial energy. You had to tsk in response to his tenacity in not dropping his weapons, one of your objectives in this tactic failed but you still rushed at Wolfmon to keep the momentum of your attacks and keep the advantage.

The disdain and boredom were replaced by glee and bloodlust, Wolfmon's roars as he recovers in the middle air with blades of light perforating the ground to bleed the momentum. You jumped both arms on your remaining blade as you clashed against the hardened light, your buff time ended and the clash was won by the Legendary Warrior moving his arms to throw you away.

To the blade that you threw at the Wolfmon.

After two brutal exchanges, the breath of the two was visible in the mountain, a shared thought was the only one that was similar between the two of you.

A worthy enemy.

"Hohohaha! Yes! Such speed, such power! Come! Show me the depths of your strength!" He rushes forward, not holding back and at a greater speed than ever before, his blades together in a cross a technique was going to be used.

"...Zero, One, Zero." Your body caught itself on flames as the spell was completed, the arms extended as if you welcome his attack with one of your own.

"Wheel Rush/Zwei Sieger."

Elemental forces of light and fire clashed against each other, his grin grew and your rage burned harder but there was something else, a trick that you hadn't noticed before as the Wolfmon's had the same look as you before any meeting with any *superior* of the host.

You were right and had planned something for the worst. But what?

Your distraction was paid with pain flaring up as he scores a pair of cuts on your legs and hip.

Tactics and ideas passed through your mind as you fought, your mind worked hard to unlock the secrets as blow after blow was exchanged against the Legendary Warrior. Until you remembered the safety net that you had and used so many times in the past.

You decided to put your theory to test, if it failed he would run away but if you are right it will pay dividends like Auger would genuinely approve. This was the last moment that you had before putting your everything on the line and killing any sort of trust if this failed.

A memory of what you had to lose passed through your mind.

My oath can't be broken, steel will be sharpened until perfection! A knight doesn't die while there are oaths to fulfill.

You roared like a possessed beast unleashing the deeps of your anger letting your emotion taking over and abandon any form of defense as you allowed the Legendary Warrior to carve with his blades into your armor.

For Luna.

Your head impacted and cracked your enemy's helm as you forced his blades away.

For Threst.

A cut through your torso was shallow and your knee impacted in the broken pieces of his armor.

For Sparks.

Your Flame Weapon Shroud ended too early, but the burns formed in the body of Wolfmon as he strikes down from above.

For the Squad. Pit, Beat, and Sir Scratch.

The object hidden appears, the cracks in your armor allowed others to see the marked flesh hidden by it. You were so close to be defeated and everyone could see such thing

For your Wards. And the one waiting for your return.

An execution from Wolfmon, he saw your plots and techniques attack after attack all debilitating as your moves filled with wrath as strong as they were turned predictable. He wastes no time in pressing the advantage, popping the handle of one sword in his mouth of all things before dropping onto all fours. Despite his humanoid appearance, the Legendary Warrior darts out of the way of your desperate strike with surprising agility.

For Lady Ardat.

Just like you planned, and your left blade blocked it as Hasten Burst activated for the first time in this battle allowing you to use his surprise to steal that disc that he had. The research that you did before allowed you to activate it in a mere instant, injuries that plagued your fatigued body mended as the eyes of Wolfmon's widened as your armor returned to its normal shape.

In a way, you were thankful for this meeting, the first time that you were pushed this far by another champion, and the first time that you had entered into contact with such sublime swordsmanship. You still were a coward in some parts of your core, plagued with fears and nightmares about the Count, Repulsa, and even more recently Astamon. To the point that you needed to do something here, you needed to do something so risky and insane that would make the best of this situation using your greatest weakness.

You needed to learn to fear Wolfmon.

His strength, his skill, his tactics, and the injuries that he carved into your body... you are going to remember them all and learn from them every time that you close your eyes. You fought for the sake of taking that disk, to recover once you knew that your fear turned genuine and your mind engraved Wolfmon in your psyche.

"Thank you for making me strong enough to hold my oaths." Your words were genuine as you began to assault your prey.

Wolfmon was strong, so damn strong that you wouldn't be capable of winning in the same circumstances but now that was eliminated the injuries that he accumulated by your insane plan, by matching and suppressing you blow by blow he was far from his peak.

The first blood of this battle now broke the bones of the torso, you didn't slow down anymore his leg got a deep cut, one of his arm followed by being, torso turned into a pulp again when you blocked the path of his remaining arm.

And you finally lifted one of your blades and made the same motions of the beginning to throw it, Wolfmon's closed his eyes only to be surprised when the blade passed beside his head to the battlefield beyond him.

Your message was clear when you put your two hands on your remaining blade.

"This duel is over." Your foe declares, his features accepting the end. "You were my greatest foe."

"I'm Verge, the weakest Knightmon that the Host's employs." You presented yourself and began to chant more numbers.

The last rush, the last attempt at victory, the legendary threw away all his doubts wanting to win even in his actual status.

Your chant was faster, Hasten Burst was cast and with a single movement, your opponent was decapitated. His Data hovered above you and began to form part of you, the intricacies of his Zwei Sieger and Drohung Strahl inside your mind as you began to speed up. Understanding from so many things came as under the influx you became greater than before.

Desire and ambition began to burn in your digicore, a laugh of genuine glee almost escaped while you deleted every member of Gloaming that came your way but you didn't make any attempts at loading while fearing that it would slow you down. A new plan was crafted in your mind as you followed the path of your thrown blade.

Beat wouldn't like your accidental interference in his duel, so what it matters if you also load Blitzmon?

1.92K, I feel quite proud of how it ended and yes Verge is quite a Magnificent Bastard who plotted a fucking lot through his fight instead of enjoying himself or showing honor? He just aimed for more power in the most crazed way possible.

Increased.
crack and Wolfmon's was bent before he was sent away to his initial position by the inertial.
Inertia or add energy after.
Wolfmon's roars as he recovers in the middle air with blades of light performing the ground to bleed the momentum.
Perforating.
Elemental forces of light and fire clashed against each other, his grind grew and your rage burned harder but there was something else,
Grin.
a trick that you hadn't noticed before as the Wolfmon's had the same look as you before any meeting with a meeting of the host.
Either a repeated word or you meant the second meeting to be group or similar synonyms.
Desire and ambition began to burn in your digicore, a laugh of genuine glee almost escaped while you deleted every member of Gloaming that came your way but you didn't many any attempts at loading while fearing that it would slow you down.
The bolded part doesn't make much sense as a sentence.
A new plan was crafted in your mind as you followed the path of your throw blade.
Thrown.

I just learned Vulcamon can actually fuse with the digimental of friendship to evolve into pilevulcamon… That is hilarious!

Link

PS: if someone doesn't know the real life origin of vulca/pilevulcamon, I would read up on it. It's very funny 😆

Non Canon Omake: Black To White 5
Black to White 5.

You were disappointed with how fast you managed to cut through the enemy line, Vilemon and Bakemon died like the vermin that they are, Meramon barely slowed you as Holy Light Strike and your incomplete Drohung Strahl made them extinguish but data was ignored and you haven't loaded anyone else since Wolfmon, the retrieval your missing blade and search for Blitzmon took priority.

"Zero." Casting again Hasten Burst made your hunt more efficient, and the newfound easiness to cast Holy Light Strike also found use in taking care of any other member of the gloaming.

It hits you how much a strong warrior could change the direction of the battle, as no matter what came in front of you just resulted into clouds of data that some digimon close to you took. Didn't matter weaklings need any advantage possible while you took your prize, normal champions would put your legitimacy to test.

Your lack of vision was irritating so you decided to jump into the backs of the flying capable digimon of Gloaming stabbing with your blade as support and using Flame Weapon Shroud to make them move. They didn't last enough to complete your search so you exchange transports at the moment of deletion.

There! You recognize the short swords that you used.

Your blade truly traveled correctly and found its place piercing the shoulder of Blitzmon, It seems that the battle was over with the victory of Beat with a movement of your blade you decapitated the Devimon and jumped at him.

"Ah-ah, aah. Aaaaah!" The mechanical digimon howls in terror, whirling about and desperately clawing at the ground to get away from Beat. But you didn't allow him.

Your fall into him and your blade piercing his digicore made it possible.

"Don't forget double tap." You ordered Beat, data was absorbed by the two of you as sadly you didn't manage to take it all while the Stingmon was stunned.

Not perfect but passable, the subtle intricacies of lightning alongside any of the techniques that Blitzmon was capable of using but you knew deep in your core that Lightning was now one of the elements that you could use with further easiness.

Two down, you hope that the Gloaming has seven more Legendary Warriors or digimon with similar affinities.

With Beat at your side, the search for the rest of your squad proved successful as Sparks, Scourge and Warren were in need of support against Garurumon and Growlmon, but what was once a threat turned into insects to crush... You mentally feel like apologizing to your wards once this was over.

"Warren! Scourge! Prepare for a meal!" You declared with a roar, you needed to do this correctly, remind the host that you 'were' an Ultimate.

You rushed forward in a so familiar manner allowing your energies flow, not holding back your blades together formed a cross.

"Pyro Blaster!"

You jumped directly at the stream of searing flame, not even attempting to deny yourself this challenge as you had the perfect technique to advance forward.

"Zwei Sieger."

This wasn't a fight or clash like it happened against Wolfmon, the cleansing light dispersed the flames as you continued forward with a Snimon and Kuwagamon following you. The eyes of the Growlmon opened up in shock as you were just above his head, a last moment of clarity as his life was about to end, both of your arms up and charged were prepared to claim his life.

"Drohung Strahl"
The last sound that Growlmon heard in his life as your blades clad in holy light cut through the head of the feral dragon as your wards began to feast in its data. You didn't know how much they had to grow to survive but they needed this much more than you.

The squad was reunited once again but your side was too tired to continue, not even the data of Wolfmon and Blitzmon was enough to return all your strength to its peak. However, you had a lot to enjoy as Phelesmon was defeated by an arrow made of holy energy that pierced his back just in time for HolyAngemon's blade to get the chance to pierce the sternum of Phelesmon, you wanted to clap at such great show, you didn't believe him capable, but also to celebrate as it resulted in Pid... No, he was Pit now, returning to normality.

You could respect the survival of the lowly angel digimon to keep himself from deletion after being at the end of Phelemon's attack.

"Warriors of the Host! Retreat!" HolyAngemon shouted.

You didn't need to be told twice, if Pit was returned to normality then it means that the rest of the collection of Phelesmon would also recover and who knows the number of Ultimates and Champions have ended up forming part of it.

A cornucopia of roars, screams, and battle-cries pour out from the small mountains passageway, as what you can only guess to be dozens if not hundreds of digimon have their curse broken. There's no telling how many of them are feral, and it's a certainty that most of those are going to be violent upon waking up.

You tsk you will have to make time, you were an *Ultimate* and such it means that you had to put yourself in the line to take care of what will come from that tunnel. Your blades were ready and numbers began to be chanted again, in preparation for the upcoming conflict.

"Sargeant Knightmon." HolyAngemon's voice calls out, shortly before his robed form touches down in front of the passage. "Retreat." There is no brook for disobedience, or argument in his tone.

Retreat? But why... It's supposed to be one of your duties.

"Yes, sir." You reply, blades put aside and slotted in your hips.

"Take care to remember this Verge. Ultimate or not, you deleted more than a few significant enemies." His focus made clear that he expects you to continue. "You will be remembered for your actions here today."

You knew that it means that things will become harder and more challenging from now onwards.

Only this time you ended up getting free of your *duties* and gifted time to grow up further, you were given time to rest as your reward, and was the most valuable thing for you.

When the battle ended HolyAngemon made sure of giving a speech that fly over your head as it was more of a PR stunt, Pit got ascended to the same rank as you were and Beat got fame for defeating a Legendary Warrior, the deleting of both was more infamy that marked you as a target to followers of the Ten... a just reward that you would thank HolyAngemon for the additional targets to test your swordsmanship and the skills that you took from Wolfmon.

And good news continued, your squad is given an important objective to accomplish. On HolyAngemon's orders, the entirety of your group has been ordered to accompany him to Alt City.

You were more than alright with that as it means that you could tell your lady about the achievements of the battlefield and how the time that you spend with Sparks and her training in High Programming allowed you such constant use.

You tried to move fast enough to give Grip a last moment together before returning to duty but all you managed was just a last fist bump... such weird act but it ended showed him that you still remembered and cared for him. You had a letter from Gorimon too and you needed help in translating it as his penmanship was so atrocious that if you had to suffer then your most trusted partner and comrade would have to suffer with you and if he couldn't truly do it...

Well, maybe Scourge can translate it.

It's a sad world if you had to depend on Scourge to understand your own mail.

1.3K good enough size to end today. HolyAngemon shouldn't have problems with following a lie if Verge shows results, also gets infamy from the double kill and his murderous rampage. On the other hand, yeah Verge wants to see if he can complete the set minus an Agunimon for obvious reasons.

... Did Verge just kill Thresh?
Nope, that was a regular Growlmon and Thresh is Black variant. In canon he loaded it and in this one he loaded Wolfmon and partially Blitzmon. Verge is at this point becoming a kill-on-sight digimon for the Gloaming.

Edit: I think that a new In-Universe explanation for Verge's new toughness is how much Thresh asskicked him.

So what are they gonna call Verge? The Gloaming Slayer?
Legendary Killer after he kills Chackmon. To be fair with Verge he is going to become Dynasmon and he basically is making a path to Proto-Dragon's Roar as earlier as possible by stimulating his digicore.

Dragon's Roar

ドラゴンズロアDoragonzu RoaDNA Disintegrator/Dragon Thrower/Dragon's RoarFires energy shots with attributes equal to those of the Warrior Ten from the palms of both its hands.

... How long till Drop is his next victim?

How was he able to 1v1 Wolfmon so well?
Deception, sacrificing sleep and sanity for extra gains, and canonically Wolfmon and Verge were able to go toe to toe with each other(though Verge did admit Wolfmon would have won had they kept fighting.)

Factor in all that without his usual honour or such, and Verge naturally wins this time.

Didn't help he has also been using other darker methods like loading digimon too keep up.

How was he able to 1v1 Wolfmon so well?
Basically? Cheating, he is a tactician and instead of admiring like a martial artist he was examining the best way to kill.
>He figured out that Wolfmon has a consumable and risked everything by zero defense for the sake of hurt and steal from Wolfmon
>So much practice of High Programing and affinity to spam it.
>Then is the way higher stats from loading SkullSatumon, multiple Mecanorimon and 4 extra days of training.
>But his biggest advantage is that he lacked Grizmon size, the biggest weakness of Verge in that fight was his size making it hard for him to fight Wolfmon but Gladimon was similar size then cheat by making himself look bigger for a cheap shot by timing it correctly when the spell would end.

Eh, about that... Frame reinforce doesn't make mon bigger. I know it's a non canon Omake so that's why I didn't bother correcting it but... eh, it still nibbles at me.
Is basically a Bug found and instead of patched was abused and expanded, I did commented about forbidden research. Remember Gladimon!Verge doesn't sleep a lot trying to figure out spells and blow in his face, he is using the spell wrong to get a bigger frame=toughness last 5 seconds.

Edit: Like, what the fuck is this idiot doing? He is doing it wrong! It doesn't work he is going to hurt himself in the eyes of any other that know the things used.
