Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest!

Not sure how to define combatant though. The ability is supposed to very broad by design, so I can't just go "humanoids" or something, because then he doesn't get points for the hell beasts that magical girl over there just mulched.
Suggestions?

Battle flies. Really?
If they're used to attack people, through pheromones or something, then they're battle-flies.
Sounds good.

I decided to go for a evil necromancer queen vibe with her, then turn it on its head by having her join up with the Unified Light. If she survives, I very much expect her to pick up necromancy and at least one spell to make a zombie apocalypse.

See, the thing about wishing the monsters from your nightmares out of your nightmares is... Where can they go, but the waking world?

Neat! I see we had the same idea as to where to find appropriate Red Riding Hood pictures. However, I see a slight potential problem. Greater Nightmares like the Wolf are supposed to fulfill some desire of the person they're spawned from. What does Red desire, that such a being formed to almost perfectly fulfill that desire would be...well, what you made?

Chronic night-terrors from early childhood lead to the thing she wanted most being, essentially "get it out of my head!". So now it's not in her head anymore.

Ah, I see. Monkey's paw at its finest(?).

You know, I was rather tempted to use your topmost Wolf picture for my own Red Riding Hood's Wolf, but I decided against it at the last moment. I decided that it was a tad too 'nightmare', and not enough 'fighter'. Seeing what you've used it for, I find myself rather glad about that. Your use is much more appropriate for it than what I was originally going to use it for.

So I'm guessing Big Bad Wolf is one of the few Greater Nightmares that hasn't lost their mind because 'Monkey's Paw Wish Yo'.
On the other hand, Daphne's sanity probably isn't looking too good, what with a literal embodiment of her childhood nightmares hanging around. And what's worse for her, as long as she lives, it will come back to haunt her, no matter how many times it dies.

And this is why sealing stuff in containers exists. Though on the other hand, I can see the Big Bad Wolf being sort-of protective of Crimson because of the fact that if she dies, so does it. Self preservation you see, not to mention that Crimson can't suffer from its presence if she's dead.

While I have no doubt that object sealing does exist, the chances of sticking Wolfy in a jar are pretty low. Daphne sure doesn't know how to do it, and most people aren't gonna be able to do it to Wolfy before he kills them, eats them, assimilates their powers and abilities, and repeats the process on their friends.

You're right about the protecting Crimson bit though.

Y'know, while making these is fun, I've gotta wonder if any of these MGs we make will ever actually show up.
Maybe as canon fodder (or the cannons, in some cases) when whatever-that-operation-to-retake-Hope-is-called happens?

Where are those pictures from? It looks like something that might be worth reading.

Okay, I know Nightmare of Crimson has a spell that has the Assimilate ability, but I'm pretty sure that it shouldn't be able to do that. Otherwise you made it overpowered compared to the rest of it.
Well it doesn't get all their stuff. But if he assimilated, say, a tank, then he'd get armor and a gun, and if he assimilated a fire-themed MG he'd get some fire powers, etc etc.
He loses all of those if he's killed and needs to respawn, as well.

Sugar Bits. It's a Bleedman comic.

@crystalwatcher, I've given it some thought, and I was actually wondering if I could add Dead Empress to the Fairy Tale Heroes after a few modifications. Her 'Evil Necromancer Queen' theme works well as evil royalty, which is a common staple in fairy tales. Her Skull Servant could have its Affinity could be switched to Horror and be given a Vampire Ability for the weapon matching, her Touch of Death spell could be switched to something where she fires off a green flame, given a Death Affinity and a Detonate Ability, and her current two abilities could be switched with an ability that protects her, her allies, and their golems from instant kill effects. The scythe could be unlocked later after the Skull Servant has been leveled up high enough, which might mean that the other four might be able to get regular weapons if they're golems are leveled up enough. The revised spell's name could be Deathly Flame, and the ability's name could be Empress's Protection.

I think that her addition would make the team better, as her revised ability would protect them form something that their range of abilities currently does not cover, depending on how necromantic constructs are counted, Beast Trainer's ability could make them better and more effective, and the addition of a 5th weapon would make it easier for them to defeat their enemies and protect themselves.

So what do you think?
