The thing about this gear is, it provides marginal benefit to people who aren't full PCs with commiserate and expensive gear and powerful abilities.
It is an absolute game changer in a lot of ways as far as armor goes, and I believe Naturalist classes who can only use organic materials benefit a lot from it, but otherwise anyone else walking around with it is just going to get killed wearing it. It might be a nasty surprise for anyone in their weight class, but we all know that NPCs are free game for CR 16 murderbeast gribblies. Only PCs get rolls on the appropriate encounter table.
So I was considering the next update, I don't think is is much of a spoiler to say Anu did indeed manage to roll higher than 5 on 4d6 and I'm thinking how to model the Forge of Creation mechanically. I'm thinking a lesser more specialized version of a flesh forge that can make warforged and eventually modify warfroged, the thing is much like the kobolds they are going to need to be taught and socialized. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas about that?

Pretty much the same as the kobolds. A big concentration of them starts in SD to get socialized with their siblings and other citizens, and then after that they split up to other cities in the Imperium with older siblings helping to socialize new clusters.

It would probably be new series for warforged, they are made not hatched. They are also born with the knowledge of an adult thanks to the serpent-kin ritual that goes into their making (incidentally expect a Room of Skulls in the forge where the newborn warforged are gifted with the knowlege to succeed in their new lives).

I would be happy to have it merely able to produce the varieties of Warforged Anu has already worked out how to create via ritual so far. New types of Warforged, modifications of pre-existing ones, and even templates for them should all require additional research by Anu and any assistants he may train or attract from the Scholarium. His new Clockwork Familiar (coming next month! 🤓 ) should help with that.
It would also be cool if he could develop Eberron-style Warforged modular augmentation upgrades which could benefit his fellows.
Maybe we can just straight up get this now, @DragonParadox?
Then if we want Flesh Forge style "order a new sentient construct, no other input or fetch quests", we need a power source. Maybe not quite on the order of the Genius Loci for the Flesh Forges, but some kind of major artifact.

An Energy Transformation Field effect would be a neat way to power the Creation Forge, @DragonParadox. It could be set up so that X spell levels cast into it enables the creation of a single Warforged.
The Forge was not one building, one workshop under the sky. Rather it was a great interconnected complex large as a whole town of gleaming brass pistons and wheels of edged steel. Arcs of arcane lightning crossed over its gate and great billowing clouds of steam and columns of heavy black smoke that would carpet the land in ash were it not for the winds of the Winged-Serpent rise from its depths.
Here worked smiths of Everfire Dale who came to ply their trade under 'The Brass Man', here too one might find ambitious sorcerers and sages of the Scholarum. This was not a place like the blooming Flesh Forge that could, it was said, function with naught but the will of its master and the power that flowed through its veins. Like the drowned and rusted forges of lost Sallosh, though perhaps grander and more stately for elder magics drawn into its making, this was still a place for artificers to work.
It was not however a place for masters to dwell in, that Anu had made certain of. He did not begrudge his Makers, their ways, though he did perhaps resent the blindness by which they marched to their deaths. But his children would not have to live with any beings enthroned above them by the very nature of the magic that gave them life. They would have a family just as any being born of flesh, if perhaps more numerous than most mortals would interact with.
The artificer passed through the outer forges, though courtyards ringed by empty columns that would eventually bear sculptures commissioned from the Academy of Fine Arts to show both the past and hopes of the future. He passed by training yards paved with fused stone and archery ranges with gleaming targets. Some would wish to be warriors he knew, and they had the right to make that choice.
"Nervous for the big day tomorrow?" Tobho Mott called out from the other side the passageway.
"I trust my craft to pass any standard the King might set, I trust my children more," Anu replied firmly. He stopped to chat a short time with the Qohorik smith, though not too long for the sake of the boy beside him sweating under the weight of tools and instruments. Making the apprentice do that sort of work simply because he was the apprentice had never made much sense to Anu. They should be putting their energy towards learning, not the sorts of petty tasks their masters could do with less effort by virtue of their skills.
Moving further into the heart of the complex Anu came at last to the chamber of Final Forging, where the mostly mundane craft forged throughout the complex would be brought together and alloyed with Soul Brass. Here magic itself burned and shifted through a thousand thousand colors in the depths of a rune-carved forge, like the sacred flame of some nameless god, under the mute hollow gazes of eighty one skulls staring down at the new-made warforged to impart their wisdom though the ritual magic mortared into the very stones.
This fire did indeed demand sacrifice, not of flesh and blood but only spells offered to be unraveled to feed the the Forging and the Binding. Most were not great spells, not the work of sages and archmages, they did not have to be. The Forge kindled just as bright from nine shield charms as one miracle and here it would burn for centuries and millennia to come.
Forge of Creation Complete:
Can create Warforged of the five kindreds already made by ritual at Flesh Forge prices
Can perform limited modification of Warforged (access to Warforged specific 'crafted' feats though limited to actual metal)
Due to employing flesh and blood smiths and mages the Forge of Creation has an upkeep of 5,000 IM/month (60,000 IM/year)
Adds 2d6 to all future Warfoged research due to the pool of artificers gathered
How many and what sorts of warforged to you wish to see made in the first series?

OOC: I thought about making the Forge of Creation less efficient then the Flesh Forge, but then you guys would have no incentive to use it and the whole plot thread would go nowhere and it would just be a waste of narrative space.

Here's an edited version of the chapter, @DragonParadox.
It's finally here! I'm super stoked for Anu. 🤓
I'll be updating my Forge Mechanics page to include the Creation Forge, along with adding the modified Watchman template to the Flesh and Fungal Forges and updating the Bio-Construct rules for the Flesh Forge.

Yeah when it comes to mass produced equipment, I still think living equipment is a better bet, we haven't researched it that much yet, but it's definitely a cheaper alternative, as if we can keep them to at most CR5, we can make the equipment in the Fungus Forge out of corpses.
Special Abilities:Mithral Body and Mithral Fluidity as bonus feats, Spell Resistance (6 + Hit Dice), and Unarmed Strikes count as Silver for the purpose of overcoming Damage Reduction
Special Abilities:Adamantine Body and Improved Damage Reduction (x2) as bonus feats, and carrying capacity is calculated as if the Adamantine Warforged were a Large-sized creature
Level Adjustment: +1
Forge-Constructed Warforged Costs:
CR 1: 225 IM
CR 2: 300 IM
CR 3: 450 IM
CR 4: 600 IM
CR 5: 900 IM
...I honestly don't think that Warforged are worth it, in any manner.
- They are more expensive than getting regular people and Legion'ing them up for regular troops.
- They aren't as customizable, nor as specific, as what we can do in the Fleshforges. And those can be mass-produced just as easily.
- They aren't worth it as PCs since it takes time and adventures to level, and they have LA to boot.
Tldr: this project was always a vanity one, b/c Anu wanted it, and something to maaaaaaybe set us on the path of repairing Axis' broken shit. Not an actual good investment on a strategic level.
