The ending lines are a bit confused in that it doesn't explicitly make it clear what is going on here, I think just being more descriptive about what Rina is seeing and also making the connection in text that this is the girl's mother's corpse being piloted by a Winter Fey, in addition to the fact that you accidentally'd a word in the OOC text leaving out "mother" after "Gilly's".

Too long to matter. Rina will either kill it or die. It would be a different story if she was just being swarmed by mooks. That could take multiple rounds to resolve. This won't take more than two or three. Unless Viserys is right over head and hears Gilly screaming (he probably does), he'll arrive within three, probably more rounds.
