Well, the Birthday Bandit did not meet his end in a disgraceful manner, at least. Burns did not get the bounty. It was ultimately all that mattered, in any case.
Flushing the spies went better than anticipated. It is very good that the situation has been resolved. Now that there are no spies or risk of sabotage for the time being, perhaps it is best to strike while the iron is hot, assail Burns and those that he has gathered in his bunker. Best to do so now before he has time to regroup.
