Not really, Evil = Suffering is a brand of evil. Not the.

A LE King might be the best ruler in the world if his ambition is "I want to rule over the greatest kingdom and be remembered as such".

Espically if he decides to make up for doing the bad shit needed for kinging by being awesome at the good bits, for whatever bunch of reasons... kind of like Viserys. Hmm.

I do want to point out, that part of the reason she's likely so angry is personal loss, either of a parent, younger sibling or even potentially a child, made the worse being done by someone who she was in position to slit the throat of while they were sleeping (implying that they were partners in free folk parlance). Poking her pride isn't going to work, because she's not angry over personal pride. She's angry over loss and betrayal.

Still, she's conditioned to deal with tough shit.

@TotallyNotEvil maybe we should add the line "no freefolk or night watch, no Andals or first men, no humans and beasts, only the living and the dead" before The "only the living and the dead" part? Make It clear their old rivarly Will have to be put aside soon.

Which is proof that you are more likely LN, and not Evil. Evil causes suffering for its own sake. You just have a tendency to use too much Baatzul vocabulary.

Relath is LN because Brine Dragons want to rule.
Still strikes me as Neutral. You can perfectly have the greatest empire by bringing the others down.
I would say Azel is indeed LE, the sheer joy he takes in the thought of corrupting a Paladin proves that, but he's in the shallow end of the alignment pool, if we were still using the alignment point system, I would say Azel is one or 2 points from LN, so still LE but only marginally.

Still, she's conditioned to deal with tough shit.

Which doesn't mean she's immune to grief. I'm relying on her having to deal with tough shit but offering her the bone of being able to comfort herself with the probable death of those who wronged her. Of being able to, upon hearing about the (likely horrific sounding) fighting at the wall, say to herself "hope the strength you bought was worth it, asshole."

  • [X] I set out to stop the murder of children and the helpless, and I have done so. While I would like to see the spirit brought to justice for the crimes it has already committed, these are not my lands, and the spirit is not truly here, merely speaking through that man's mouth. Killing it's pawns will not bring back the lost, nor bring justice to it.
-[X] The others aim to use the free folk. To cut them down like wheat, gather their grim harvest, and raise their frozen corpses up as a vast tireless army. They are the enemy of every living thing not born of ice and darkness, and they are coming. I have promised to defy this fate by taking the free folk from here, but I have made no such promise of rescue to these bear warriors. Take what solace you can from that.
[X] "And did I not? No more will they prey on men, a threat they are no more. Perhaps even an ally. The True North isn't a nice or easy place, is it?"
-[X] "Tell me, you two, what do you know about the Long Night? If anything, the tales you heard fell short. And soon, very soon, it will be upon us again. I count myself lucky if we have a decade to prepare. The Wall is mighty, but the enemies' host is nigh endless. How many Free Folk have died in the course of eight thousand years? Not to mention ancient creatures and weapons from the last age of magic, held in store for this fight. A host such that the creatures we've slain are but chaff."
-[X] "It's easy for you to see, Harwood. Climb the wall, and the enemy's host will be all you can see. Elle, take your steed, climb into the air until the air becomes thin and your vision starts to darken. And the enemy's host will be all you can see."
-[X] "There will be but two sides on that war. The living, and the dead. If you loathe this side so much, just give up. Get yourselves drunk with the finest booze you can find and go to sleep in the snow, it will be peaceful. But I have no intention of letting frozen fucking corpses overrun the world. So either you help, or you get out of the way."
[X] "I made no such oath. We came here hunting bear-men, and we have found them. If we can end their hunting of your fellow Free Folk without bloodshed, then so be it. Every enemy of the Others we leave in their path is one more obstacle they must overcome before setting their sights on those less able to defend themselves."

I hate voting from mobile, so I hope I did his right.

I must admit that a long, preachy speech is not the solution here, nor is being an ass.

The threat of the Others and the Long Night should be answer enough without the whole "you're with me or against me" spiel.

I think I'll do an interlude next. a Maelor one to give you a feel for his travels and magic item identification.
Speaking of Maelor, he never seemed truly integrated with the rest of our companions, and it sort of feels as though Viserys just unconsciously put him into a B team list and sent him off to do fetch quests.

Does Maelor ever talk with Lya, or Dany, or Tyene, or even Waymar, or do he and Glyra just sort of do their own thing most of the time?

So I think I know were we can find expertise or atleast theory on phylactry to study for Daenerys. While also making a Westerland ally or atleast a nuisance for the Lannisters; Morgon Banefort the last Hooded King and presumably a necromancer.

Yes, though not to the degree of some of the others. I could actually work that in.

[X] Diomedon
And for fighting undead when the Long Night comes. By then I hope we would have gotten access to Yi Ti warriors and thier sweet trade opportunities. Speaking of Yi Ti is it not Game of Thrones China or Japan?
One has Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon wandering martial artists alla Legends of the Wulin and Weapons of the God's in hidden shadow societies the other has Samurai and Ninja.

I'm honestly not all that interested in Elle joining up.

We have PC archers who are much less problematic, and Aradia will be created very soon. She will he an arrow firing death machine.
It's not necessarily that we're desperate for archers in particular, it's that this is a PC right in front of us who we can snatch up and who we can then send on missions. We are in desperate need of PCs to do the menial adventures for us. We really need to to start adding to our current stockpile.

Adding to our baby adventure dynamic duo of Glryia and Malor?
