Alright, I've done some thinking.
Originally I voted for Blazing Chakra flow, because it would be a step towards something original I really wanted to do, the Natural Energy sword. HOWEVER, what I want to accomplish there is actually relatively simple, so Hisana can always make it later. If anything, it's better to start from an original base if messing about with Natural Energy, rather than adapting another seal to it.
So, I set those thoughts to the side for now. Rather than looking towards the what we want down the line, we should focus on the right now. This fight. What option can be best leveraged to sway this fight in our favour?
Before that we have to figure out what sort of fight this is. It's not 1 on 1, it's an army of at least somewhat trained professionals on other trained professionals. We've reversed an ambush, but that may have been planned for. We're not fighting a duel, a skirmish, but an outright battlefield. With that in mind, let's look at our options:
Blazing Chakra Flow gives us an option on the flavour of deadliness Hisana wants for her sword...but that's about it. It doesn't bring anything truly new to the table. It makes us a little more killy, but not significantly so. Tactically speaking, it does nothing for us. Essentially, a vote for BCE is a vote for "Do what we can already do now, but a little more". Which, I'll admit, isn't a bad option in a fight. But we're not trying to sway a fight, we're trying to sway an outright battle, a mass melee. So, by itself, BCE isn't particularly worth it right now.
Wind Dragon Barrage. This gives us two things we very much lack. One, the ability to go after multiple opponents at once, and, two, the ability to herd the enemy into tighter groupings. As useful as the sword has been for us, it is very much a single target focused weapon. It makes us, fittingly, like a sharpened point. Great for damaging a specific thing in front of it, but very shit for anything requiring a broad focus.
Now, we've got a lot of speed. Enough to all but dance across the battlefield, which mostly negates this malus, but we still don't have any real way to actually manage multiple opponents at once instead of moving from one to another incredibly quickly. Sure, we've got jutsu to hold off/drive off multiple opponents, but not to actually properly deal with them. Taking WDB will get us that missing piece. With it, we should be able to take down multiple nin and/or herd them to a single point, where Hisana can apply herself most effectively.
Chakra Cables. Pretty simple, adds mobility and roping ability. We could certainly use it once we get to the trees and/or in the city, and even here in the stadium to some extent, pulling enemy nin off their feet. However, we've already got good mobility given how we can literally fly for short distances. The roping ability is useful, but that would still be pretty single target. Yes, it'll let us drag assist one friendly nin or another, but isn't likely to actually sway the way the fight goes. Like BCF it, in part, let's us do something we already can, but more. And thus, like BCF, isn't particularly worth it right now.
TLDR; Wind Dragon Barrage is best, vote pls.
