Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest!

Giant Robot has an extra newline and missing period, and it's spelled "equivalent". We do have at least one girl who pilots a (not too giant) robot: M.E.C.A. Force. I don't think we have any who turn into giant not-actually-robots, but it should be possible.
Ah thanks. Also, I need to clarify something: Giant Robot doesn't actually change her size. She's still her normal human height (insofar as 5'10" is a normal height for a teenage girl) but she counts as "large" because magic. Hence me using a special ability to give her the large opponent bonus instead of giving her large opponent and a damage ability for versus smaller.

Well, here's my attempt at a survivor for Hope who isn't a top-tier girl but still tries to fight the good fight.

Yes.

(Although, for events which have actually occurred in-quest, "Goddess Red is screwing around again" might be more accurate than Gaia. Though that would mess up their all being separate… eh, whatever.)
Hero WEAPON: Hey Gaia, what have you been doing?
Hero WEAPON: Please, for the love of you, let it be something inconsequential and benign.
Gaia: Do you know how many plans have been made?
Hero WEAPON: Probably all of them even though plans aren't an exhaustively quantifiable thing and we both fucking know that.
Gaia: Yeeeeeeees. All of them. So many irons too. Guess where the irons are!
Hero WEAPON: Please don't let them be in the fire, please don't let them be in the fire...
Gaia: They are...
Gaia: In! The! Fire! *hair flip*

Friendly reminder that spontaneous combustion and sparkly rainbow vomit are both Gaia's fault. :V

JUGGERNAUT DRIVE
Alright then.

Time to finish this.

Your stance shifts, and a knee lowers to the ground. White Soul blinks in surprise as even Sega stops trying to shout at you through the barrier. You hear Red Rose ask something, but it passes through one ear and out the other as you focus on your enemy. Time seems to pause as light begins to gather at your feet. White Soul realizes what you're doing just as your feet crack the stone beneath you and you accelerate from zero to two hundred miles per hour in a motion.

Once upon a time you believed you knew what 'fast' was. Not so long ago, though it feels like an age, you remember Truth smashing through demons faster than what you had once thought possible. But now you know better. You cross the sixty feet between the barrier and your target point in the blink of an eye.

"Starshine!"

"Follow... Follow... Follow... Follow... Follow... Follow... Follow... Follow... the Waves..."

The world shatters, and White Soul flickers.

Your spell floods the area with a tidal wave of light, but before your eyes she does the impossible and dodges it. She slips between the individual bolts where she can, and for those she can't she simply fades through them like a ghost.

"What-?!" You halt your forward movement and stumble backwards, trying to gain distance as White Soul seems to literally flow towards you. Stone cracks and shatters as your power sweeps it from the world, the confined space that had been the battlefield widening under the wave of your light.

This was the girl that had tricked entire realms into thinking she was immortal.

This was the girl that had held the top of the food chain ever since it had been defined.

This was the girl that had stood above even those that were seen as gods.

The Immortal Messenger of Darkness: Magical Girl White Soul.

You snarl, and cease your retreat. "Hhhryyaaaaaaaa!!!!" White power floods from your blade as you bring it down atop the onrushing enemy, but as you watch she dives under your swing, the white pane of oblivion sweeping cleanly over her head. Rolling behind you, White Soul kicks off to avoid your back-swing that cleaves her afterimage in twine. Her hand ghosts across your shoulder as you look up, just in time to watch her smile down at you amused.

"Almost." The older girl teases you.

Then a literal tidal wave of white liquid slams into you like a freight train.

White's River plows through rock and stone and mortar like it's wood and paper, the rules of the world insufficient to survive the rigors of Magical Girl combat at the level you now stand.

Old vines and ancient stone shudder and pull, as a cascading wave of cracks race up the hill as you fight. The zigguraut that sits atop its apex sags as it's ancient foundations are severed from what once held it aloft. And with a mighty crash, the stone gives way.

Your battle with White Soul halts at the sound. The both of you turn to look at the suddenly advancing wall of stone as it barrels towards you. "Oops." Your opponent gives you an exasperated look before swinging her arm around and guiding her River to punt you into the oncoming flood of stone.

You don't see everything that happens due to the stone that washes over you. That, and also the fact what should have been a painful assault felt more like a bunch of children throwing those stupid fuzz blocks at you. So when you erupt from your temporary 'tomb' in a burst of power, you're slightly surprised by the freed Assault Team surrounding White Soul atop the pile of rubble that had once been the center of the Necropolis.

"The hell? What the fuck does it take to kill you?!"

You smile sheepishly at White Soul's demand as both Sega and Red Rose gape openly at you. Insight simply rolls her eyes and mouths something you can't make out."More than you've got."

"Umm... if I remember everything correctly... More than you have." A feeling of smugness curls into your gut as the three girls blanch. "Honestly? You can't kill me White Soul. As Sega would say: Kudos for trying."

"Then maybe another opponent might do the trick?"

You blink and turn around...

And stare.

Her white 'armor' barely covers anything of her body. Her light green hair trails past her waist, and down her thighs. The spear in her hand exudes the kind of power that would not be out of place on one of the Goddess Four, and she holds it in an almost casual grip.

Juggernaut Drive. The Magical Girl that defined the term 'offensive power'. The Unstoppable Spear.

She smiles. Fear stops your heart. "Maybe an opponent like me?" You send all the magic you can spare to your wings, a desperate reaction of pure fear in the face of a predator. You aren't fast enough.

The motion is smooth. So smooth, in fact, that you cannot see any strain pass through her muscles, as if she were simply moving her arms. That beautiful spear rolls across her shoulders in that motion, the furthest end finding its way almost naturally to her opposite hand. From there it traces a nearly beautiful arc from her shoulders to your side.

You feel most of the bones in that side of your body turn to powder on impact.

The world around you roars in shattered agony as the raw force propagates itself outward in a wall of energy that disintegrates everything in its way. Rock turns to dust, as the sound of a breaking gong fills the air...

You blink.

The sky stares back down at you.

"Wh-" Pain. It swallows your mind whole as your brain catches up to the sudden damage, and you choke on the blood as it tries to erupt from your throat. Your body forces itself into an upright sitting position, as you void the blood attempting to drown you.

Huh. Why is your blood purple? Questions for later.

You fight through the pain and force magic into your wings, shakily taking off from where you landed after Juggernaut's hit. And once you see it, you almost fall out of the sky again.

Where you had been standing is easy to see: a cone of pure destruction converging onto a singular point where two lights and two more indistinct figures, are still standing. From there, it's a straight line in the dirt that resembles the impact pattern of a meteorite, digging a massive trench into the ground.

Somehow, even at this distance, you can see the look of sheer surprise on everyone's faces as you hover over the damaged earth. Surprise that you are still alive. A tiny urge promptly takes over and your hand moves on its own, presenting a one-finger salute to White Soul who, also, somehow sees it.

The purple light takes off from the ground, as Sega flies to you.

"Anastasia!"

-/LINE BREAK IDENTIFIED\-

Gold plated fingers rap restlessly against a similarly armored bicep. The soldiers standing next to her fidget uncomfortably, knowing that she could kill them with a flick of her fingers.
I should kill them. Before they become a threat to me.
She was angry. Something was driving her to march into the Necropolis regardless of the plan. Some kind of instinct, or piece of information she couldn't directly recall. Or maybe pride. White Soul was the only foe to ever actually manage to escape her, even if it was nothing more than a lack of information on her own part that lead to her thinking she was immortal.
If I kill them, they'll stay with me forever. I won't lose any of them ever again.
Rei's fingers stop tapping as something changes.
Anastasia is in danger. I should have killed her before someone had the audacity to do this.
The whole world roars as reality seems to bend. A shattering sound as stone, rock and dirt give way before that which strikes it from the world. A wave of dirt sweeps across everything as a trench is gouged into the skin of the earth.

"Holy shit!"

"What the fuck was that?!"

"Think someone hit Solid Core." James' voice cuts off the exclamations of surprise as he points into the sky. From the far end of the new trench, a soft light rises from the gouge of the earth. Rei's magically enhanced sight easily picks out her familiar form, as Nepgear raises a single finger into the air at whoever it is, she had been fighting.

"I guess that's my cue." Rei... no. Goddess Gold, pushes herself away from the IFV she had been leaning against. "Step aside."

The soldiers that had been manning the barricade scramble in their haste to get out of her way as she approaches. Lightly, she waves the Fragment of Annihilation, and everything before her ceases.

Stone, rock, and bone disintegrate and leave a near perfect path from where she stands to the final two combatants on the current field. Red Rose visibly pales at her sudden entrance, while White Soul swallows. The entrance of the Annihilator is not something that is easily missed, for her Presence is not the kind to be looked over.

"I remember you." Goddess Gold places a hand on her hip, as she tilts her head to the side almost curiously. "You fled from me. Before you died." Almost unconsciously the resurrected girl takes a step back. "I didn't really put much effort into ending you, since I didn't think it'd work... but now that I know that you're not immortal... well."

Red.

Power enough to choke the world. An almighty weight that desired to bring everything before her to its knees. Such was the nature of the red maelstrom that wraps itself around her almost dainty hand like a mad hound of Hades, baying for blood and begging it's mistress to be released.
She needs to die.
The Goddess' smile is not warm. It is not benevolent. It is the kind of smile ones gives to a particularly annoying trespasser before ripping their guts out. "You're not going to be escaping from me this time." The Chains of the Earth rise from their tombs at her silent command.

-/LINE BREAK IDENTIFIED\-

The entrance of the Golden Annihilator is not something that is easy to miss. Thankfully though, you have a valid reason for it.

"ANA! DODGE!!!"

You barely tilt your head in time to avoid being hit by the green spear as it passes you by, the gleaming edge almost softly caressing the skin of your face before threading it's way through your hair. Then the aftershock of its passage hits, and you're sent tumbling through the air.

A purple light flashes past you, nearly colliding with the green destroyer as it takes off again.

"Dammit Sega! I'm doing this for your own good, and you know that! Surrender already!"

Chains erupt from the ground as you and Sega chase after Alex. Your sister pulls ahead, as your own light gathers in the Purifier Beam. A wall of metal suddenly separates the three of you from each other, but Sega simply plows right through it.

"Like Hell it's for my own good! You know I'm not going to give up Alex! Not for anything!"

The Unstoppable Spear nearly impales her for her trouble. Alex's green form blasts past your sister as the roaring wave of energy that is your Purifier Beam nearly swats her from the sky. Instead, the veteran Magical Girl dodges on a dime, taking a fully right-angled turn to the side as your power obliterates what pieces of chain had been coming down from Sega's attack.

"Then that means I'll just have to pound you into the ground and drag you back with me!"

Alex flickers through the air, making hard turns as she bounces off the platforms that form beneath her, and rushes you.

"Gah!"

Again, you barely dodge the Spear that took a Goddess to kill.

"Ana!" Your sister catches you as Alex tries to make another pass, vanishing into the growing forest of chains. "Dammit. She's too strong, you need to get out of here!"

You shake your head viciously. "No way! I'm not leaving you here to fight her alone!" Just to lose you again, goes unsaid. But the glance Sega sends you out of the corner of your eye tells you that she heard it all the same. Even as strong as she is, you're unsure of your sister's ability to defeat her friend on her own.

The green Light returns. The Unstoppable Spear. The Magical Girl that had, in her time, embodied the idea of 'offensive power' comes again. One of three rising stars that had almost returned Hope to a world that had nearly forgotten it before their fall.

"Sega... please..."

Your sister needs you. But you're unsure of your ability to provide that aid.

Well, Rei's invisitext is ominous. Starting to see why we should keep the Gehaburn numbers down.

As for Juggernaut, I'm thinking it's time to once again activate Core Purge and target the Seal. That should put a stop to this. But before that, let's upgrade our stuff.

[X] Plan KISS
-[X] Activate Core Purge, targeting the Seal Juggernaut Drive has.
-[X] Engage in defensive maneuvers otherwise.

[X] [EXP] Plan Upgrade
-[X] Upgrade Flight to level 30 (1350 XP)

That should upgrade our High Speed Combat to level 4, and put our top speed at 290 mph. That should help keep us alive, especially combined with my plan. And with that, I'm off to sleep. Goodnight everyone, let's hope we can get through this.

Hey is now the time to do that whole, super robot mode thing.

...Primarch Frame?

Primal Frame?

Frame of Primacy?

That thing we haven't used yet that I can't remember.
(Making a joke)

Wonder if Insight is collateral damage or... did someone snag her on the way?

Also if Juggernaut is 'Independent' why is she here?

-.-

Welp. If she doesn't have a seal then she dies if she can't be convinced that working with being that would literally rape and pillage the Earth without mercy is a bad idea. Otherwise I don't know what to think. I do know Core Purging would be stupid right now.

Kinda hope Juggernaut is being mind control somehow and can be knocked out of it so to say.

Hey look, she dodged the Starshine.
Not being smug about it, just... annoyed. Sometimes, I really do not want to be right.

[X] ReaperofInterest

I do not really see anything wrong with that plan. We need HSC4 to keep up with Alex and what else but Core Purge should we do?

However, why is Rei's OP not taking effect? She should be close enough to already start chipping away at the seal.

Additionally, that
"Umm... if I remember everything correctly... More than you have." A feeling of smugness curls into your gut as the three girls blanch. "Honestly? You can't kill me White Soul. As Sega would say: Kudos for trying."
That is great.

Core Purge uh... hmmm... it'd leave us open but it might work. If we got in range of someone faster than us... so
Well, she would fly only 20mph faster than Nepgear with the current plan.

Otherwise... we could try to grapple her when she makes another pass through?
But that might have even more disastrous consequences if it goes wrong.

So she's the glasses of glass cannons who survives of overwhelming intercept bullshiti?

Some need a away to get the seconds for core purge everything on juggernaut fucks over defenses and intercept.
