This vote is kind of for the lulz, but also kind of not? It'd give her a focused theme and well, someone has to offer a vote that's a little less reasonable! I'm split on whether investigating the doujutsu stuff would yield more explosions in the end, but I figure that with this stuff we have:
1. Explosions requiring prep
2. Explosions requiring chakra
3. Explosions requiring swords
And that's probably the best number of explosions to have, really.

More seriously, it's kind of hard to say without active experimentation, and active experimentation seems like the sort of thing that would be noticed, so we probably won't find out unless we get into the situation where we actually need a transfusion, and Naruto is the only person on hand.
As far as the training options go, I think we've got a few options... However, I think there's a plan that gives more synergies than the others, that hasn't really been gone into yet.

We don't know what Hisana's elemental affinity is. Common fanon says that the Uchiha clan typically has Fire affinities, but I don't know if that's actually got any base in canon, or if it's just one of those random fanon things? However, regardless of what our affinity actually is, we know that developing our affinity unlocks more powerful ninjutsu- and it also lets us use elemental chakra to enhance our strikes, such as Asuma does with his Trench Blades.
Learning Samurai techniques is a unique opportunity- one which might not be open indefinitely, given we're apparently picking them up from a Ronin of some kind, and there's no guarantee that he or she will stick around. It seems more likely that they will stick around longer if we give them a long-term job, such as, you know, being our Kenjutsu tutor. Completely aside from the fact that this is a unique opportunity, however, these are specifically anti-ninja techniques- And from what I understand, the Samurai near the end of Naruto are actually on fairly equal footing with ninja- so it seems reasonable that they would include ways to counter common ninja techniques with swordplay.
On that note, learning how to integrate ninjutsu with our sword work- at this point, I assume it is the basic three and maybe the great fireball technique- requires that we learn to use the jutsu without seals, or with one-handed seals. In addition to allowing us to incorporate jutsu into combat while wielding a sword, this seems like the sort of thing that would give us a relatively large boost to our ability with these jutsu in general.
Apart, these are all good options. When taken together, however, they play off of each other, and end up being worth more than the sum of their parts. In addition, the combination of learning to use elemental chakra and incorporate ninjutsu into our swordwork give us a way to start developing our own ninjutsu for use with our own developing sword style.
I don't think any of the other combinations have as much opportunity to play off of each other. Don't get me wrong, they're all good options- But it seems unlikely that we'll be able to master the Shunshin to the extent that we can use it in conjunction with our swordplay, or that learning the basic theory of medical ninjutsu will benefit from developing our chakra affinity.
That's not to say that no potential synergies exist- for example, if we were to get Kabuto-tier self healing, that would obviously help us considerably in combat- As would getting Shisui level expertise with the Shunshin- but that's assuming we'll be able to get to the very highest end of shown ability in that area, whereas the synergies I'm seeing are based around the immediate applications of what we'd be learning.

Eh, it really, really depends. @Tekomandor how advanced of a medical technique is blood transfusion? And what are cultural views on stuff like blood doping and blood transfusion? Basically, I agree with the reasoning behind counter-ninja sword techniques. Wrist storage seals would allow us to carry a wide variety of swords with us, always, and maybe pull off Alexander Anderson impersonation. Basic ninjutsu tecniques incorporated into kenjutsu... Well, like I said, basic henge that can be applied to a sword in a combat alone would make us very, very dangerous. And that's before illusory blade clones even come into play.

That seems like a really, really unsubtle plan for a world full of ninjas. I really don't think this will work out very well even if blood transfusion is normally innocuous in this world.
So we already have the Shuriken Puppetry Jutsu, which is very useful; we can make any shuriken or kunai we throw into a guided projectile, even without explosives. By the way, it does have an actual name in canon: Soshujin/Manipulating Attack Blades.
And Great Breakthrough is likely to be especially useful if used with throwing weapons.
Gonna note that Naruto has the PC clearly slotted into the "sis" background which is something of a relief; we caught him early enough that we don't have to deal with tweenage hormones. Wonder how we've changed the social dynamics of his class.
Hisana is a cadet.
There are lots of things out there that can currently eat her face, Uchiha or not. Even just numbers, like the time during the Invasion when they sent nine chuunin-plus shinobi after Sasuke and the team sent to back him up. Being able to run the fuck away is as much a core skill of being a ninja as being ever more killy, and being able to run far enough to choose her battleground may well save her life.
The fact that Shunshin also has offensive applications in closing the range just makes it more attractive, even if we can't match Shisui yet.
That also applies to the wrist seals: shuriken, smoke bombs, sleep and poison gas.
They're all ninja tools which can delay or divert pursuit while you haul ass out of there, or deceive the opponent that you are looking to run while you duck underground. The straight offensive applications are just a bonus.
As for basic theory of medicine, survivability of the PC's team is that much better if at least one person knows what to do if someone keels over from heatstroke or chakra exhaustion. Let alone gets stabbed in the chest by a chakra scalpel or ice senbon.
Remember, we're building foundational skills here, not just learning to kill shit better.

The only person I know who uses henge in combat is Naruto, and that's because he has shadow clones to spare.
And I don't recall anyone hengeing weapons separately from everything else.

Plan Hammerspace feels like it spreads us out a bit too much for early game. I'd rather get kenjutsu to a respectable level before branching.

Our Kenjutsu is already D-rank, with a D-rank specialty in Leaf style.
And that's without the Sharingan active.
I think that's improving at a reasonable rate; we still have 3-5 years before we graduate.
Furthermore, Speed is part of the calculation for both our kenjutsu and taijutsu. Shunshin is a high speed movement technique.
The synergies are obvious.
Pretty much all our stats with the exception of genjutsu are at least D-rank at the moment.

Ok. So.
1) Henge is clearly a physical transformation. This is not unique to Naruto, as some fanon suggests. This is indicated by Gamabunta asking Naruto to transform them into something with claws. And by Sasuke being able to throw shuriken-Naruto without previous training, and not freaking out about his teammate being a shapeshifter of some kind.
2) It is possible to do a "joint" henge, where you transform not just yourself, but also things (living or not) in contact with you. This is indicated by clothes being transformable, and by Gamabunta+Naruto transformation into a Kyuubi fascimile.
-As an aside here, it's interesting to note that, at least between a summon and a ninja, a joined technique, where one (in that case Gamabunta) provides chakra, and the other (Naruto) provides structure, are explicitely possible and relatively normal, given that Gamabunta expected Naruto to know how to do such a thing. Might be something to investigate, specifically in case we get our eyes on Shadow Clone technique, and are able to get Naruto's chakra.
From this, I posit, that it should be possible to transform one's sword (if you want to be pedantic, you could say "transform oneself into the image of oneself holding a different sword") mid battle. I am not talking about "free flowing shape-shifting" - that's very likely impossible. But even distinct transformations could provide a large advantage mid-combat. Such as:
1) Avoiding people parrying our blows by changing the shape and length of the sword
2) Lowering the mass of the sword (I doubt that Naruto shuriken could have weighted as much as Naruto did, and Sasuke would have been able to throw him like that; though, that is speculative) by transforming it into a smaller sword, and undoing transformation mid-swing to increase damage (from the Naruto-shuriken action it seems velocity is retained, rather than momentum).
3) Assuming we get our henge to the level of Enma the Monkey king (who was able to block Kusanagi; though, really, now I think that the staff form was using sage mode to boost its toughness), many more options open themselves.
4) Making transparent swords. Henge it to look like its made from diamond / glass (or just plain transparent, if one can do it), and it would be much harder to block, especially in the dark and without a doujutsu.
There are probably some other ideas too.
Not to mention combining illusory clones with swordsmanship, and other stuff like that.

There's also the matter of the Inuzuka clan's jutsu where they joint-transform with their doggos to become giant, multiheaded wolves.
Not really a thing, I'm afraid.
Note how not a single weapon user(and we see a lot, from Tenten to Hidan to Kisame to Zabuza) does such a thing.
Not even puppet users do so, and if anyone could benefit from the ability to morph an inanimate weapon, it would be them.
Narutoverse magic can be stunningly arbitary at times.

That's why it's a bunshin technique, not a henge; henges tend to destabilize when handled roughly.
That has never been a thing.
Henge is highly durable and combat viable, and has never been shown to collapse as a result of being hit. All times when it falls are deliberate actions on the part of the user.
See Naruto & Gamubunta, Naruto v. Kiba, Sasuke v. random Genin impersonating Naruto etc.
Or maybe they just didn't bother to try?
Assuming that we've seen everything possible in the Naruto-verse would be a mistake. As would assuming that "this one cool trick" would be so amazing that everyone would have to use it if it were possible to do.
Transforming your weapon mid-battle like that would likely be very difficult to do, and while it potentially offers some advantages if you could make it work, it would be an open question as to whether the investment would be worth it (again, opportunity costs). I would note that even if using henge on your weapon on its own can't really be done, it would certainly be possible to henge into yourself, but with a different weapon.
Things like Tenten's approach of "focus on learning all the weapons, and pull them out of seals" may be more efficient though.
