I don't remember either of them having hair awful enough for Mash to comment on aside from maybe Attack of the Clones Anakin, which I highly doubt is a form he'd be summoned in. Also I don't think Ritsuka would declare either Skywalker "The Greatest Hero there ever was" like that. Ritsuka's obsessions tend more towards giant robots than space operas from what I remember.

Personally I think it's more likely to be a Servantverse character than just outright summoning a Star Wars character like Animusphere managed with Sauron.
