Regardless of the truth, the strange apparition is only known as "The Cerberus" and it's know that a cult developed around this figure in the Chapter and there even some who claim that the Chapter named themselves after this mysterious Marine in the first place.

Deep strike cause it synergize with this chapter really well and scout to locate the enemy in the first place would work just as well then for weapon either assault or special ammo would work the assault is because if they kill hard enough they can kill the commander in the other army
Special ammo for fighting any enemy they 2ill fight or we can do politics because eventually this secret will go public and when it does politics will help them hopefully

The name is is a pun about Toys r Us but replace the US with bear

This is the first plan I have ever made it meant as a joke and I think if this is picked would led to this chapter try and kill all there enemy leader and be to predictable

Yes. We are Grimm. And Grimm found it to be far tamer than the stuff many other Chapters get up to. In fact he found it downright unconcerning. It isn't a problem that OSS important enough to waste valuable and limited supplies on. Even normal humans regularly survive their face being on fire if given medical treatment- Space Marines have supernaturally good natural healing on top of their above average medical tech and the apothecaries. As I said before: if it were something that specifically mentioned negatively impacting their health instead of being a mostly cosmetic change when everything was said and done, I'd say go for it.

As things stand? They need to be better equipped for their speciality.
