[X] Plan: TFW a history degree needs a battleship

It's also why I'm not super keen about attaching to another state or similar -- I want the freedom for an AI to build for itself, tbh. I don't mind working with them, and if we make certain choices I'd be fine with that, but I want the freedom to just handle ourselves for awhile. Anyways...
Would void entity being a minor xenogod and us collecting fluffy xenos and building settlements for them to support us (Materials+tradegoods)/our void entity (faith) fit that, or would it be too close to "attaching to another state" for you?

[X] Plan: We're going on a Space Adventure!

I'm kind of surprised at myself, but as much as the AI archaeologist descending into the Lovecraftian Mythos to find the true history of the universe with a sprinkle of Indinana Jones action-adventure speaks to me, the broader storytelling potential of a Star Trek style ensemble cast is too good to resist.

Exploring is cool, but not interested in being budget trazyn

I don't have any strong feelings against it. My main chewiness is that "you need this state to actually stay alive," basically, which I'm not a huge fan of.

My personal preference is like, an Old One Remnant (Qah or something maybe) / Eldar God Fragment / C'tan Shard or similar for a War in Heaven "primary source" (unreliable as they may be), but I'd prioritize an amicable working relationship more than anything else.

I came here to vote differently however:
[X] Plan: We're going on a Space Adventure!

Why?

Space Adventure is IMO superior to Historian unless this also will be a crossover or have Book of Hours kinda ludomechanics. Will concede that even without those this History focus gotta make the quest diverse enough so I won't get a spreadsheet fever but a diverse omake base work to same effect anyways.
And Office Overtime is likely to simply turn into a standard Faction management with a nonnegotiable leader game.

More seriously however, @Neablis, could the "We're going on a space adventure" also potentially include an archaeological component (for example, setting up a museum on board), just not in as primary a role as with "a history degree needs a battleship"?

Secondly, would it be possible for Vita to obtain a warp entity's protection over the course of her journeys, or is that only available in character creation (or not as powerful if taken after character creation)?

And thirdly, is Vita mechanically restricted from ever come back to places she left (albeit probably only after an extended period of time) and most or all places being one stop only, or is it moreso softly emphasised by our nomadic playstyle with no hard limit on if and when players decide to return to a location?

Thanks for the answers and clarifications, apologies if this is getting touch into the weeds of thing.
I see why Herocooky asks people to make lists of questions, it's nice. In order:
1. Sure, that's a valid write-in. You just aren't required to do so by your trait.
2. Yeah, probably? Weird stuff might happen. It'll probably be more "warp entity joins to crew" than explicit shielding but they'd be able to do that.
3. Generally allowed, but not every other turn. The spirit of the plan is exploration, and you're expected to do some exploring.

You're allowed to repost/post a link to your past propaganda if you want, at this point it's a bit buried.
