[X] Plan: Imperial Resources Sentinels-Chaplains.
-[X] Chapter Name: Imperial Resources Sentinels.
-[X] Chapter Colours: Cyan and Glaucous in quartered pattern, with Yellow pauldrons and Bronze trim.
-[X] Chapter Creed: "The pen is mightier than any sword."
--[X] Battle cry: "The Tithe shall be collected!"
-[X] Chapter Symbol: Blue scales of justice, with owl wings at it's sides and abbreviation of Chapter's name below it.
-[X] Scout Training: The Chapter's Marines are given more advanced training in the art of scouting, and as a result more of its Marines remain as dedicated scouts - even after being promoted from the rank of Scout Marine proper. They afford greater reconnaissance and intelligence gathering abilities, as well as improved capacity for stealth warfare.
-[X] Politics: This Chapter has grown adept at manipulating the surrounding political landscape. A sad necessity, in the increasingly politically driven Imperium.
-[X] Chaplains: The Chapter is blessed with more Chaplains than average among its numbers, and higher quality as well. Treachery and corruption will find it far harder to grow within their ranks.
-[X] Extra Dreadnaughts: The Chapter has more Dreadnought hulls than normal, letting it field more of the venerable ancients… if it has enough wounded veterans to pilot them, of course.

[X] Plan: Imperial Resources Sentinels-Spears.

As people have repeatedly pointed out it makes no freaking sense to go for anything more combat focused since this chapter would be dealing with worlds where normal Space Marines would be serious overkill. So spear training just seems so wasteful for this chapter.

Chaplains actually work much better for what we intend since one of their main things is looking for and rooting out corruption. Which would pair really well with our extra scout training in this context.

[X] Plan: Judge of The Corrupt
-[X]Name: The Silver Owls
--[X]Colors: Cyan and Silver
--[X]Symbol: A White Owl clutching a key upon a Cyan field.
--[X]Creed: The Eyes of Justice are Ever Vigilant
--[X]Warcry: Let History Find Them Wanting!
-[X] Politics: This Chapter has grown adept at manipulating the surrounding political landscape. A sad necessity, in the increasingly politically driven Imperium.
-[X] Spear Training: The Chapter is especially well trained in the use of spear and javelin like weapons, this does not cover staves or polearms however.
-[X] Counterintelligence Training: The Chapter is proficient in the art of detecting and thwarting enemy infiltration attempts.

[X]Plan: Spear-men of justice
-[X] Name: The Court of Owls
-[X] Chapter colors: Cyan and silver
-[X] Chapter symbol: A White Owl with a pen in one talon and a spear in the other
-[X] Chapter creed: The spear to destroy, the quill to create
--[X] Battle cry: With elder's wisdom and brothers might!

Badam War

Space Marines can rebel too which means this chapter will probably called to deal with rebelling space marines which eould need combat.

Mind I can understand going all in on on Diplo with chaplains.

Was a little dissatisfied with the initial version with the spears but I love this one! It's got everything I wanted.

[X] Plan: Warrior of the mind
-[X]Name: The Silver Owls
--[X]Colors: Cyan and Silver
--[X]Symbol:
--[X]Creed: Keys to power for the worthy.
--[X]Warcry: May they shatter!
-[X]Politics: This Chapter has grown adept at manipulating the surrounding political landscape. A sad necessity, in the increasingly politically driven Imperium.
-[X]Librarians: The Chapter's Librarians are particularly well trained, and have far greater resistance to the temptations of the warp. They are far less likely to fall to Perils of the Warp, and offer more potent psychic support.
-[X] Marksmen: Even among Space Marines, the marksmanship of the Chapter is top of the line.
-[X] Extra Dreadnaughts: The Chapter has more Dreadnought hulls than normal, letting it field more of the venerable ancients… if it has enough wounded veterans to pilot them, of course.
-[X] Specialist Ammo: The Chapter has a ready source of specialized bolter rounds, letting them bring the best possible ammunition for any engagement.

I update plan to be more delux with hopefully snipers who can make people into stone statues, I also forgot that vote was on

Again, that kind of thing is a super rare one of a kind occurrence considering that Huron is famous for pulling something like that. Also if Space Marines are already involved in a situation then said plane is more than likely getting other SM chapters anyway. Remember, our chapter is specced towards stopping rebellions before they get to the point that the Imperium would need a ton of resources to stomp them.
