I love Draconic Wizards but I also think the Sensei are a more immediate concern.
 
I actually think the webway is more of a concern since if we get the webway up it will drastically increase the logistical capacity of the imperium and allow much safer travel.

I don't think the webway is one of the options. A single chapter of isn't going to help if the custodes can't clear it. It's also stable and will stay that way for 10k. The Sensei are going too or are already being hunted, they are powerful Psykers that can't be forcibly corrupted by Chaos. The really are very useful.

Well if we don't think the webway is one of the options then the retrieval could be something else. It could be getting Vulkan after he disappeared or Leman Russ who is the emporer's most loyal sons. Also the sensei probably won't want to be found and I don't think that one chapter of space marines is going to be able to find them considering the scale of the galaxy.

Most Sensei don't know what they are and end up rebellious against the Imperium. Also they're legitimately the Illuminati which is funny, their whole plan is to sacrifice themselves to rebirth The Emperor at the right moment.
