[X] The Wok
Love and Justice and having worked up an appetite over the fight as she ate the noodles"Uh… okay, maybe a few one hundredths, I dunno. She had hand grenades. And… stuff. There was a lot. She's better at smashing up wood and concrete than she is at smashing up Sailor Venuses; we dodge better. Really, though, her best move was the noodle attack."
Your jaw drops. Luna's jaw drops.
"She attacked you with noodles?"
"She attacked you with noodles?"
"They were very, very sticky, but she underestimated my appetite. In the end, Love and Justice prevailed! Well, more accurately, I got her into a hold she couldn't lever out of and hung on until she figured out trying to knock my teeth out wasn't going to work, but close enough!"
Yes, she was simply never going to convince Ranma that she's a love interest, only Akane and Ukyo had any chemistry...if things were ever calm enough not to set it on fire immediately.Shampoo hasn't been trying to beat Ranma, though. IIRC, she does do things like make Ranma lunch (usually delivered by her crashing her bike into him because she's just so excited to see him.) and try to get him to go on actual dates with her.
And Ranma does like Shampoo, but only as a friend.
With two exceptions - but the King of Winter and the Queen of Summer are not beings that even gods take lightly.
Yeah, fairies who interact with that part of the world have a bad rep.Of their contacts? Hm. They could ask the Seasonal Courts, someone there might be old enough to know... but I'd hesitate to ask, if I were them.
That, or deal with them very openly from a position of overwhelming power.
Zeus never had to worry about their bullshit as much as mere mortals did.
With two exceptions - but the King of Winter and the Queen of Summer are not beings that even gods take lightly. Admittedly, Zeus didn't deal with them often. But that was just how everyone liked it.
Still, in relative terms, one has to figure that Zeus would've had to worry less about their bullshit than mere mortals. With two exceptions - but the King of Winter and the Queen of Summer are not beings that even gods take lightly. Admittedly, Zeus didn't deal with them often. But that was just how everyone liked it.
Bad news, Fudou has recruited Pantyhose Taro and is trying to shangai Amazons into his influence via Lydian, implying he's trying to trend it towards the Mechvaranus version.
Good news, the Amazons can see right through his scheming, and we already know Jaedite's not exactly likely to want the Dai-Shocker equivalent from Mechvaranus to be founded on his turf, if only to reduce the amount of times he gets blasted.
[ ] The Wok
"Well, okay, so the Amazons mostly USE it as a wok, but they say it's actually a magic bowl and if you use it right you can look into the dreams of other people. I remember you said you did something like that with ancient princess Serenity, and I thought maybe if we had this thing we could go with you!"
[ ] The Leaf
"It was this big leaf from a banana tree. It had been pressed and preserved or something and they said it used to be part of a magical fan that could make windstorms. I wasn't sure it'd be interesting, but then I remembered Dragon Ball, and I know that's just a manga but apparently Akko-chan was a real person so I just don't know what to think anymore. Although now I know Cologne's never heard of Dragon Ball, anyway."
[ ] The Sword
"There was a sword. A magic one, definitely. Made from the whitest metal I've ever seen, and yes that's including the 「truesilver」 in the chandeliers in your palace. The whole thing was made from the white stuff, except for a pearl in the hilt that was the size of, well, it was oval. Couple of centimeters. And black. Really black, like 'I think someone forgot to draw in this part of the universe' black, I had to poke it to be sure it was there. Anyway, the Amazons said to be careful to keep the sword clamped down because if you leave it lying out, it spins around in circles kind of slow-like. It was weird."
[ ] The Snake Statue
"And there was this statue of a snake. Big coily thing, with crystal fangs. Cologne says the snake can cure 'most' poisons, but it can only do it once for any one person.
The sword is a mystery box, but we already have one, and I don't really see us going down the Jar'Kai dual blades route. This is also not the sort of gift that we can just re-gift to another one of our allies to make better use of, because there are political ties to it. We couldn't be blamed for hanging it on a wall or stuffing it in a basement of our own though.
Shampoo is more the collateral damage little sister who's not threatening at all.
Teleporting triangulation?
A young martial artist who at birth was washed in the Spring of the drowned Yeti holding an eel and crane while riding an ox, by Happosai who according to his village's tradition also got the right to name him. He is a massive power-hungry asshole who wants vengeance on Happosai and doesn't really care who gets hunt along the way.Couple different people have mentioned the name, but who is Pantyhose Taro? I am completely unfamiliar with the name.
So years and years ago, in some backhills part of China, a woman went into labor. Luckily for her, a martial artist skilled in midwifery was in the area and helped her to give birth to her only child. A son. Unfortunately for that son, that martial artist was named Happosai, and due to a tradition in the woman's family, the fact that Happosai helped her to give birth meant that he was allowed to name her child.Couple different people have mentioned the name, but who is Pantyhose Taro? I am completely unfamiliar with the name.
Part of that hate on is that by his village law, Happosai is the only person in the world who can change his name.Pantyhose has a particular hate on for the man who gave him his name, and has been searching for revenge since he first realized that he was named after underwear.
I feel like I missed a reference somewhere. She gave them this little piece of singing metal she said she got from a walking talking skeleton a few hundred years ago."
Please, tell me more of this Akane/Ukyo chemistry.
