Is there an actual reason to say no? Illya probably won't care either way, and honestly it amuses me imagining Illya explaining to Sella & Leysritt that this proves they're obviously supposed to date her brother. Cause, like, that's totally how logic works.

Back to Taiga herself, I think the only ones who would meaningly care would be Taiga herself & Sakura- Taiga because she's the one that's been fixated about how she shouldn't, and Sakura because Sakura is Sakura.

Oh, Ayako would probably have a meaningful reaction, but I don't think it'd be too problematic and/or long-term. Shirou is literally the kind of person who'd perform tantric rituals if persuaded it is necessary, it really shouldn't be surprising to anyone he would be a willing Chosen Conception Partner.

Hmm, Taiga insisting she doesn't want anything 'weird' she just doesn't trust anyone else for the role. It is closer to what she wants, and she can easily justify/rationalize that... Also, Shirou being Shirou probably still won't notice her true desire so that's like a win-win.

Being more serious, I think most of those people are convinced trying would end in a bloodbath or something- so long as you're honest about what's happening, anybody who doesn't want to be involved can leave before a more explosive revelation results in violence or whatever.

Also, here's this neat thing about writing people don't want you knowing- as a Writer, you're allowed to do whatever if you can justify it. You should always respect the character, but that just means you need to figure out a solid reason why they do what they do.

Are you telling me or telling those sounding No that? Cause I specifically was going "If a Writer can justify it, nothing is actually wrong." Once did a Canon Omake and asked what 'consequences' meant before finalizing anything, instead the QM made the decision for me "because that's in-character." Nothing is inherently so 'in-character' that it denies all other possibilities.

Sorry, the whole 'Monogamy Supreme' thing bugs me, and I got a bit carried away trying to hit the Minimum Word Requirement. I personally think it would be really interesting, also still think it'd be hilarious having Illya go full Non-Logic about shipping Sella & Leysritt with Shirou.

In another story, one where things weren't already complicated with Medea, Ayako, Circe, and Sakura, I'd go for it. But as it stands, no. Those relationships are enough of a cluster fuck as is.

Just want to know of the thread is against it so nothing silly happens. Hence the vote. I think I can tell an interesting story with it. Any Taiga content is good tbh.

Sorry, I've dealt with misunderstandings before so I was confused. I never questioned you were specifically leaving it a Vote so people wouldn't complain, honestly I even considered discussing that kind of thing- so long as there's a Vote, people don't really care what the Vote is.

Though speaking of, in my experience if you want people to actually consider something then it should be a clear Option rather than relying on people being really clever regarding Write-Ins.

I'm really curious what exactly Mata Hari is actually up to, Shirou really doesn't know a lot about her beyond being an 'Assassin' and really good at hiding her presence & scouting things out. Not sure if she's more or less of an unknown than Archer...

Not relying on writeins either. The entire purpose of this BB arc is to give focus to characters who have lacked it so far.

There's more than enough relationships going on, adding more will just bog down the story. Also it will reduce the development for the relationships that are already happening. Also it basically screams the 'Well, they're not biologically related' excuse line.

Setting aside how complicated the relationships already are with Medea, Ayako, and Circe, I'm worried there just wouldn't be enough time available in-between everything else in the Clusterfuck for the relationship to be meaningfully explored (b/c Taiga route is genuinely interesting and I'd prefer a story where she got enough screentime with Shirou to see it through fully). I do understand that Erien is giving time for more underutilized chars, but I feel my point still stands.

Yeah, Taiga was crushing on Kiritsugu IIRC, and canonically helped ship Shirou with Sakura(but not Rin because Rin is mean to her)

Taiga is the Big Little Sister, just as Ilya is the Little Big Sister.
