So given its been 20 years
Nope, the last threadmark was 766.M42, we're still in the 760 decade turn.

-Weapons -2x Medium Bomber Hangars/1x Medium Fighter Hangar/1x Medium Mixed Hangar/Anti-Voidcraft Defenses (Total: 60 Bombers and 84 Fighters)
Also, I've been looking at ship design and I think the Libra-Q is missing 12 fighters here. 12+12+48+24 = 96
I was thinking going 4x bomber hangers might be more effective considering we will vastly outnumber enemy strikecraft anyway but that might just be flavour text and doesn't change anything behind the scenes.

Yes. They are planets after all. They have oodles of stuff you can exploit, not to mention will boost your overall economy/Action efficiency far more than the space stations will.
Hmm. Interesting. Worlds in general do seem to give us more stuff in terms of research discounts, SAGs, fleet-building capacity than orbitals would. But the 'oodles of stuff you can exploit' is hard to parse. Looking over the list again -

It's hard to predict which ones might have exotic resources or whatnot, though it seems like 'Flowering Abundance' might do something like increase food infrastructure a point, maybe something similar with Megaflora. But hard to guess. Maybe we could do a write-in eventually to scan them for anomalies/exotic resources. But if those were that common, it seems like we would have found more on our 9 newest colonies. Instead of just you know, the false Hydras.

1. Will we be able to do the civilian evacuation while we are fighting the ground war in the hive cities?
2. Do we have to start moving the civilian refugees off Voxx Primus immediately after the war kicks off?
3. Based on fighting fierce enough to churn through 20 SAGs per turn and kill half the population, can we estimate what size of population Voxx Prime will be able to support when the fighting is over and how long they could stay there?
4. Can we renovate the Voxx hive cities to support a population at our living standards after the fighting is over? Whats the max population size the Federation Convention would accept?
5. What size of population could the 3 Agriworlds support if we develop them, or are they mono-purpose?
6. Do we know what the Imperial world in Eshich system looks like and the potential of that system to house refugees?
7. Even if we can't permanently house people on Voxx Primus, would Hivers be willing/able to wait decades for a terraformed world to come online?
1. You can certainly try an evacuation in a planetary warzone!
2. That is for you to decide.
3. Voxx Primus can sustain more than 1 person after the fighting is done with. Anything more concrete and you run into "If" scenarios.
4. You can certainly try! That is for you to decide.
5. Less than 5 Billion each. You would also immediately starve of you converted them away from food production if you got Voxx Primus.
6. A Civilized World. And that potential is low with a side of "Excess goes into the Servitor Factory."
7. That is for you to guess.

1,2,3,4,7 - Well I guess we'll figure it out when we get there.

5 - I meant can we emigrate people to them while we maintain full food production? If the Agriworlds could take 10 billion altogether while also supplying Voxx Prime food that'd be not too shabby at all.
6 - Right, we're not going to wipe out or immediately convert the locals, makes sense. I'm sure they'll integrate fast when they find out our version of a Civilized World.

I did answer that? They can take 5 Billion per planet, but need to stay focused on producing food to feed the 100s of Billions that need that food on Voxx Primus.

Our entire polity has a population in something like the 20-30 billion range. Our Infiltrators/Converts on Vox Primus only recently hit 700 Million.

Our entire polity seems to have grown more than that, since "over 13" was the numbers used when compared to the 700 Billion, and not, "Over 28x."

I wouldn't be surprised if we were up to near 40, 45 billion or something.

I am worried about speed of our revolution's growth.
To become an actual "Important" Gang, you'd need around ~400 million people under you, at which point shit gets difficult if you desire to keep things secret. But at that point you'd already be at or shortly before the "BURN THE NOBLES!" stage of your infiltration.
>400 million is danger zone, where keeping our revolution secret becomes a problem.
How quickly do we spread? How many do we have already?
Let's see what did Cooky say and when about our revolution's population:
Its going. You are spreading to other Hives, have battles in your little buggies in the Wastes between said Hives with the angry natives that shoot first talk never, and are to around ~7 million people under your aegis by now.
After 640.M42 - Anger And Wrath
You have spread to around 19 million people, qualifying yourself as a Small Gang Of Note on the Planet. Primarily due to being spread out into 5 Hives and multiple Wasteland Clans. QoL is sharply rising to Belgian Congo levels and many are amazed at the sheer fucking luxuries they now have, like a meal per day guaranteed.
After 650.M42 - Soils of Terra
And you are up to around 42 million, are able to produce slightly-shitty guard-level gear in-house, feed your people, and fortified the shit out of your stuff. At this moment, the next step is to start shit with a lot of gangs in blatant power-grabs and see what can be gained.
After 680.M42 - Eating The Bananas
You are up to around ~110 million people, with gangs slowly starting to flock to your banner for food, guns, and safety.
After 700.M42 - Cabal of Rogue Psykers
The first and foremost issue revolves around the effort to turn Voxx Primus to the side of the Glimmering Federation. Not because of any dissent in the ongoing undermining and infiltration, many are happy that their ranks upon that world have swelled to nearly 150 million saved souls despite the continuing, if lessening, crackdown on the unfortunates living in the Underhive of the world's capital and the Witch Hunts petering off, but because of one glaring issue: there is no plan on what to do if they succeed in turning this world.
Middle of 700.M42 - 700 BILLION PEOPLE
~500 million and in half of the planet after the purges and unrest. Massive explosion of power, people, and problems. Need aid in... all flavors of everything.
After 720.M42 - I'm Too Busy

7 million =1 turn=> 19 million =3 turns=> 42 million =2 turns=> 110 million =?0 turns?=> 150 million =2 turns=> 500 million =4 turns=> ???
We are already in danger zone. We were in danger zone for 4 turns.
Oh Star Child, oh fuck. We may be in danger. One more crackdown action from Duchy may be enough for them to find out.
I dearly suggest spending an action soon, on some kind of stealth melody, stealth song, infiltration of their law enforcement or something to keep our people hidden for longer. We are not ready for actual fight over Voxx right now. Also, every million we get on our side is another million willing to fight for us.

Also, to keep track:
@HeroCooky what is our Voxx population right now?

Yeah, hopefully that can wait a turn *inb4 next update is a POV of Duchy smelling something fishy in underhives*.
Also to add to the write-in for our Propaganda Office to really focus on keeping our profile low. Trade off speed of growth for secrecy.
- Infiltrating the local PDF and Arbites, focus on rumor gathering and removing people too close to the truth.
- Infiltrating lower noble households, focus on rumor gathering, adding misleading rumors.
- Keeping most of our more vocal efforts away from the upper hives, focusing mostly on underhive.
- In general an order to keep focusing on internal buildup rather than proselytizing.

Here's the text for the updates Propaganda Office action - or as I like to call it, the Subversion Bureau. We should probably actually write it in this turn.

[] [General] Propaganda For The Foreign Masses (0/3)
With the Glimmering Federation's lessons in subverting Voxx, some have proposed creating a dedicated office that would be responsible with to continue the mission of converting foreign peoples forever more. This Subversion Bureau would be outfitted with ships, Choirs, materials, factories, and a mandate to subvert, convert, and then integrate new systems without causing mass casualties or widespread destruction. They would incorporate the wealth of experience gained from the Voxx covert campaign thus far into their organizational structure, and their first mission would be to complete the infiltration of the Hive world and it's defensive forces, shifting the focus from mass conversion to infiltration of the Hive's policing & defense forces, as well as the nobility, all to set the stage for a revolution across all levels of society when the time is ripe. This will be a pricy Initiative, but it will set the stage for the Federation's future growth.
(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert one [1] random system at a time to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)

It's got a shift in focus from 'Convert as many people as possible' to 'convert people from every level of society.' I'll also note that 700 million is 0.1% of the hive, so not exactly a majority.
