Still a large improvement on the Leo Prototype, with vastly increased protection while still maintaining its relativel speed and agility advantages. Has more mass, and an easy avenue towards a generational update to a Super model depending on when we can shake loose that tech-trade with the Shipbuilders. It'll be a fine spearhead for our fleets.
And the warning that we're about to get Stuck In soon because someone will flip out and try to kill us has been recieved properly. We'll want proper Heavy Cruisers to force our way through when that happens, and the true Leo-class should solve most of the big issues from the previous ones, especially since we'll likely have enough Scorpios that they don't need to double as line-holders.

I will say that I feel like the stuff with the Black Ash Clan is absolutely just Military People assuming shit. They do not have the forces to be a credible threat, and there's never been a military force in the history of the world that said, "We're overfunded and people are focusing too much of society's resources on us." Not that I think they're overfunded, but I don't think we need to spend, like, two actions on naval stuff right this very moment. I'd rather actually get a better look at surrounding threats first in order to more accurately evaluate the dangers.

We NEED to use our racial perk! The GM is basically poking us with how much stuff is hidden behind it, including extra actions and such because its meant to be a massive part of our playstyle. We have honestly ignored it to a silly degree.
The roses Need to be taken care of , The task fleet needs reorganizing, but past that, we need to actually use our Big Perk.
You have spread to around 19 million people, qualifying yourself as a Small Gang Of Note on the Planet. Primarily due to being spread out into 5 Hives and multiple Wasteland Clans. QoL is sharply rising to Belgian Congo levels and many are amazed at the sheer fucking luxuries they now have, like a meal per day guaranteed.
I mean, that is their job.
But yeah, they are just hoping to get the messy reorganization out of the way to ensure no SNEAK ATTACK gets through when they are actually needed.
As others have said we need to do this, this turn in preparation for whatever next crisis that's incoming.
Beyond that I am inclined towards building the production model HC for our fleets so we have a ship of the line for our fleets. That or doing a full on Song and see what that gets us.
