So I mean obviously going to vote the child one, but I do kind of wonder the impact on her way. Given how long she's been in some degree of denial, I'm half expecting some sort of negative cultivation impact (heart demon? Lost cultivation? Issue with an insight?)
Probably, but it's good to get that done anyway. It's one of the bigger hangups she has so tackling it is important... I just hope turtle son will understand if she gets cranky...

The likelihood of that happening is basically zero. Assuming the ones who did it aren't already dead, they definitely will be by the time Zhengui becomes a Sovereign.
In any case, we don't even know why the sword elder was killed. And considering that even his own apprentices joined the assault, it definitely wasn't for nothing.
