USA! Now I remember. So this is... probably George Washington though it could also be some other notable historical American figure who would have negative memories of snow in Pennsylvania. Assuming it is Washington that means we have a tactical badass who was so charismatic people wanted him to be king. Nice.

It's a bit frustrating to be late to making this suggestion, but maybe we could offer to give Ruby a polish with wood oil, without gloves, as additional incentive to behave? Have the vote be something like:

Would note that Ruby is best considered as a magical girl obsessed fairy. She's not evil(just insane by human definitions) and the magical girl thing to do right now is either fight the monster or save the civilians.

Willing to change vote with good enough debating, but rn this seems the best option. For the sake of specification, I'd prefer Medea go with us--between her sulking and Circe's recent bedroom time, it would likely be better to have Medea take the role that keeps her close to Shirou. Grand Witch is cute and cool and awesome, but Medea is more likely to stick to a defensive/buff/debuff role in combat.

I brought it up earlier but Shirou already spent most of his mana this morning on helping Mordred. I think any plan where we make him fight without doing something to rectify this (for example borrowing Ruby) is going to get us killed. Not a lot of people seem to be biting on plan mahou shoujo shirou-chan though

Fair point. That said, after what just happened I'm iffy on any plan involving immediate reliance on Ruby (also at this point in time I'm not convinced we can summon Mordred from this distance without using a CS). That nixes two options, and of the remaining two (with decent votes) I'm thinking it's safer to go the distance and have a servant get Ayako's family to safety.
Also, I forgot to say this earlier but, AMERICA, FUCK YEAH!!!

but if not now, then when the hell is she ever going to gain confidence in her ability to protect her loved ones
we can't just give her Ruby and tell her no, she's got to be <this> tall to fw a servant
we've got Circe AND Medea in one spot, if that's not strong enough a pair of training wheels for baby's first Beserker Worldstar when will another chance come?
