A quick recovery to you!
#> Cult of the Four-armed Emperor, unless the GS decided to switch sides
Our best roll so far.10th Company Marine Intelligence roll 4d10 (SC 3)= 10, 10, 10, 10= 8 Successes, critical Success, Extreme success
Get well soon and thanks for the update.Q.M notes: Sorry for the delay people, but things have been busy and Nurgle has decided to grant me one of his "gifts".
Unfortunate. But them's the breaks.-The cult has managed to blow up one of the main crossroads of the megarrail network, reducing the logistical means of the Imperial forces. Next phase, less PDF forces will be available for Middle levels and Underhive actions.
Nice. Always great to get a new named character.
Our intelligence and scouting rolls have been absolutely phenomenal. We can either aim for a quick decapitation strike or use the intel to tear down their units in the Middle Hive and continue from there with our full force.

I'm not opposed to a decap, but it's going to be highly dependent on whether or not we can wrangle the rest of our allies into forming effective cordons around the location. We've already seen the 5-6 dice fuckery high-tier Genies can do, a Broodlord is easily going to just run for it if we can't lock/bog it down.Well, I'm in favour of all 10th Company assets, plus Gregori being dedicated to killing the Patriarch. If we want to end this with any speed we need to cut the head off of this snake.
Lezo is one of those hive-worlds that are just one giant sized hive-city instead of just various smaller ones. Its also not quite clear what's happening with the rest of the planet. I think the fighting is focused on the capital hive, but that isn't really clear.
Ok am i the only one who read poor as in the opposite of rich poor. She snorts in amusement at his question. "Of course not. If anything I can´t wait to start cleansing those poor people."
Thinking about this more, would Karark Zel be able to move here and fix the damage?-The cult has managed to blow up one of the main crossroads of the megarrail network, reducing the logistical means of the Imperial forces. Probably not in the timeframe we're dealing with here. Great Crusade-era knowledge base or no, he's still only one man. This seems like something you need a full construction or combat engineering team to fix. Fortunately, in a Hive World like this, sufficient individuals matching that description should be obtainable. That's probably why the description says that we'll have fewer PDF reinforcements next phase instead of for the rest of the campaign.Thinking about this more, would Karark Zel be able to move here and fix the damage?
I think this level of defensiveness is fine personally. 5 or 6 Squads of Sisters and Shrikes taking out Cultist bases and major figures is enough while the remaining ones protect the middle levels and key facilities.Probably not in the timeframe we're dealing with here. Speaking of next phase, I'm thinking we play things a lot more defensively next deployment. That way we can keep the Cult from taking advantage of the PDF's weakness in the Middle Hive. Moreover, we can hopefully ambush the enemy Reductor Saboteurs and Sanctus Assassin. The GC live and die by their hero units, and killing these should do wonders for making our rear areas more secure.
Our chapter doesn't seem to use jump packs all that much. Is it because they are loud and not stealthy enough ?
When we were breaking through the genestealer encirclement. If the mutants have hoped to stop your momentum with that, their hopes are quickly dashed. The assault marines jump-packs roar as they are propelled through the air until they fall like a hammer blow amidst the cultist lines, cutting them down with their chainswords.
