if the talk fails I have a idea to get the ottomans as allies without everyone else hating us,we with the help of the ottomans blow up a fake ottoman ship near a Spanish Fort and pretend it was the Spanish, giving the ottomans a excuse to come in not technically as our allies but just a other power Spain pissed off.

Another thing we should probably add, is well. The slaves will be a constant and unavoidable threat for the society he wants to build. Because much like every other point of history, slaves are still people, and when pushed too far, they WILL try to lash out.

Lol. In a world in which we accept his offer, the collective aggro of the rest of Europe pissed off was about Italy and Spain splitting the new world between them sees the Mediterranean erupt into war, disrupting things anyway.
Well, we do have the best navy in the world, and Spain OTL was the dominant force, wielding the Spanish Armada. So it basically boils down to how able the British are at bloodying the last gen Spain and handling our next-gen fleet.
Though he may not be considering the possability of the coalition sneaking forces into Africa to cut the America project's manpower at it's source. Considering with some investment we could make our forces almost undefeatable.

Maybe point out how slavery is actually not profitable model with a lot of risks? If one cannot affect ones moral, affect their mind (if it still there). Make him look like an idiot, point at political, economical and other flaws of such system. Be purely rational about it. And If his intelligence is still intact, he will see it. Maybe not right away, but he will.

A suggestion for if we go to war,pirates are currently scared of our navy and of us turning our attention to them,so how about we offer a deal any pirates that wish it shall be granted immunity from being murdered by our navy if they don't attack Italian ships and just attack the Spanish ships,and do give them some extra incentive we're pay them for each ship they take or sink aswell as paying them for any slaves freed from Spain.
Edit: this will help our navy and screw over Charles especially if the pirates start focusing on his slave ships the heart of his plan to free the slaves and get our money.

Ehh. They basically don't exist any more. Better bet is getting the English into the war. Henry wants to conquer territory in Continental Europe anyway.
