Unless you're able to convince roughly 51% of the players on a given vote to go all in on those items, all your platform does is ensure that the votes people put toward it don't do much of anything. The quest is purely parliamentary, and even if it wasn't I expect that the appetite for blowing up the Republic with that sort of demand wouldn't see terribly much in the way of support among Communist inclined players, given that we're actually getting things done in the current system broad-left system.

We're in the era of the withering-away of capitalistic modes of thought and the expansion of the revolution to broader areas. If we were sliding into conservatism and counter-revolution, then that sort of hard-line would carry a lot of weight, but right now it's misplaced.

There's also some degree of realpolitik too rather than being 100% ideologically pacifist and wanting to avoid war completely, what with the plank in question being the 6th priority of what's shaping up to be a very minor party, if it even coalesces at all.

Making it so that if the Republic is sending its citizens off to die to spread the revolution it actually has to say that part out loud is nice and all and something the party certainly wants, but the planks are putting taking care of our injured veterans, trying to get some international agreement to avoid certain kinds of weapons, or even simply improving de-mining efforts before that.

It's the War's(specific) End party, trying to mean more end (of the Eastern) war than end war in general.

--[X] In order to stretch resources and against an eventual negative reaction to the overheating of the economy, promote both in the CER and in all other territories an expansion of the use and variety of Community Depots, thus allowing the budget and the economy to stretch towards aiding others in an efficient manner.

With so much of the Imperial education system broken, Danubia and other regions make fine places for the reconstruction of education along communist, anarchist, and cooperative lines, and not merely for children but offer programs for adults as well.
--[X] Invite the Second Philippine Republic to join the Republican Alliance and direct development aid towards building it a strong and prosperous economy in order to heal the wounds of colonialism. Provide it with CER-surplus arms to forward to revolutionaries in China and Korea, and encourage it to provide sanctuary and Red political education to same.
--[X] Encourage voluntary community-run programs to address and begin to overcome ethnic or racial tension in favor of finding common ground, even if that's "fuck landlords"... especially if it's "fuck landlords"
--[X] We have many veterans who have left service, having sacrificed themselves for another stage of the World Revolution. Pensions, adequate care, and greater research and examination into disability and the mental effects of war is necessary to make this vast and unimaginable sacrifice not in vain.

-[X] Plan: Shatter the False Idols and Forge the New Man
--[X] Begin organizing People's Labour Armies in the occupied territories that are structurally modelled after the Landwehr and make sure they provide a solid republican education. Deploy the new labour brigades to repair and restore the destroyed infrastructure in their homelands.
--[X] Identify critical industries in the occupied territories and turn them into state owned enterprises. Tie them closely to the Republics economy through cooperation, standardization and joint R&D with Republican SOEs and co-ops.
--[X] Begin forming democratic people's tribunals in the occupied territories that operate according to Republican legal standards to persecute the reactionary elites. Oversee the proceedings but only intervene if absolutely necessary.
--[X] Form a military commission analysing the Eastern War and our performance in it. The goal of the commission is to overhaul tactics, strategy and equipment to make sure we maintain our military lead and embrace new technological opportunities.
--[X] Organize RA volunteers to aid the Constitutionalists in China through direct combat support but also training and education. Also lend material support to them allowing our military industries to gradually wind down to peacetime levels.
--[X] Offer the Philippines observer status in the Republican Alliance and offer generous military aid to make sure they can defend their independence while also allowing our war industries to put excess production to good use allowing our economy to restructure at a more controlled pace. Make it clear behind the scenes that full membership is the goal once Alliance navies are able to provide more meaningful protection.

--[X] Emphasize the rebuilding and rationalization of transportation infrastructure within newly liberated territories to more effectively aid in reconstruction, with an emphasis on a robust, standardized rail system and a centrally coordinated system modeled on our mobilization practices for distributing food and medical aid to areas that require it.

Whatever can be used should be prioritized for Allies that need it, followed by our other preferred trade partners.

--[X] Replenish losses of trained servicepeople and materiel in all branches of service, and continue to update our equipment and doctrine, with a continued focus on the "young school" of the Marinewehr.
--[X] Fund the advancement of medical and (proto-)psychological sciences to better treat the casualties, both physical and mental, military and noncombatant, of our recent wars. New and innovative means of treatment are necessary to address the massive upheavals and violence that have been seen in the dawning of this new century.
