Point out that that event would have happened anyway, and the king is the only reason that Romanians died for it.

Also, we probably won't be able to revolutionize Romania if we are the only reason they didn't get Transylvania.

...I've literally asked this in the thread. Etran has said that restricting Transylvania or another individual region into "republic-only" like below:

Could we, say, require Transylvania in specific to be republican edit2: in the next phase of the Vienna Conference, thus limiting potential options up for plebiscite between a)independent republic or b)joining a republican pan-Danubian state (if there are any)?

Edit: As for why that example...I'd like to not reward Habsburg Romania, which fought against us in the Great Eastern War, to walk away with more territory than they started with. Republican Transylvania (+ potentially Eastern Banat) would be a wedge against the Habsburg monarchy and the basis of a potential future Romanian Republic
