The Entente and League have bent to some of our demands, trying to shore up more industry and land to Russia by letting us have more influence in the former Habsburg Empire. This means they fear our gains if the war continues. The Habsburgs are crumbling, and this counter offer proves it. If we press on for just one more year of fighting, we can secure a much more decisive peace, bringing more land and people into our alliance rather than leaving them to be put into the Entente system where we might only pry them free in an even larger and more destructive war.
Lithuana is a testing site where we can give lots of guns to partisians. which will be a lot easier thanks to a closer border with RussiaRomania already had issues and it'll only take a few actions of the "guns,pamphlets and cash to revolutionaries" for it to get into full revolt and that's not including the likelyhood of it getting into some ill advised balkan insanity.We also need to free the peasantry and workers already under our control from the shackles of the past.
