East Galicia is majority Ukrainian anyway. Use this as an opportunity to get more Austrian clay, and look reasonable to the lizard people in London.

Whatever the future International Congress decides will be useless unless we agree to it given that it is our troops who occupy the Austrian Empire. Their offered leverage is useless.​

i would've preferred peace but only with galicia.

The increased leverage over the Congress of Eastern Europe is tempting, and ngl if they just offered that in exchange for not going for Galicia & Lithuania I'd be torn. But I actually don't like the promise for increased indemnity - the Russian people's gonna bear the brunt of that. I know we can forgive it later edit2: but...

Is it possible for us to trade all that promised indemnity in exchange for, say, Galicia?

Edit: a counter-counter-offer, if you will
