I'd be fine with either of these plans considering the only difference is accepting help or not. I can get the ideological reasons for not accepting help, but I'm almost morbidly curious about it.

If we are going to decline the Balkan monarchies' aid, then we should be hammering Austria now before Russia can reinforce and resupply them via the Danube.
