I follow the Communist Party line, and yet I would like to remark my sympathy for Ultrackius's plan.

Inheritance as-is can be removed without abolishing family farms. Reorganized as a cooperative with the members of the family being the worker-owners. The death of any given member does nothing to their ownership of the farm they work on, and it better recognizes that it is the family as a whole who are providing labor for the farm.

Plausible idea on the first, if the transition were helped along to guarantee that objective. Though I'd expect the man-as-king has already been damaged with equal gender inheritance and female property rights.

Mea culpa for initially voting this plan and completely missing this but errr edit: I think a)indoctrinating our agents is not, I think, a good idea for their effectiveness & b)allowing our agents to be capitalists in the name of espionage clashes with their very mission statement & this Federationist(?) indoctrination
