That just makes it worse tbh, while im aware this is probably metagaming, this is a situation in which otherwise (somewhat) positive policies combine into a negative outcome.
Rising intellectual participation, all meds free and without prescription, doctors saying cocaine and the like are healthy.
These play together in a way that i think has poor consequences.
